World Wrestling Entertainment signed New Jersey-based Fred Sampson to a developmental deal over the past weekend. Sampson, who has done a ton of enhancement work for the company as well as different extra roles, such as police officers in vignettes in the past. He works regularly for Jim Kettner's ECWA as Frederick of Hollywood.
