World Wrestling Entertainment announced during today's press conference that Tammy Sytch (Sunny), Torrie Wilson, Molly Holly and the recently retired Victoria would return to the company for the Miss Wrestlemania Battle Royal at Wrestlemania XXV in Houston, Texas. The Battle Royal would be Holly's first match in several years.
Talent already announced for the bout include WWE Women's champion Melina, WWE Divas champion Maryse, Mickie James, the recently returned Gail Kim, Michelle McCool, Nikki Bella, Brie Bella, Alicia Fox, Kelly Kelly, Maria, Eve Torres, Katie Lea Burchill, Beth Phoenix, Layla El, Rosa Mendes, Natalya, Jillian Hall, and Tiffany, who finally made her in-ring debut on the main roster on Monday's Raw.
With Candice Michelle questionable for the PPV due to her ankle issues, that leaves three spots open - two if Michelle is able to return.
As previously noted on PWInsider.com, Wendi Richter and Amy "Lita" Dumas have turned down invitations to appear. Other female talents who have worked for WWE in the past who will be in the Houston area include former WWF Women's champ Rockin' Robin and Missy Hyatt.
One would think Trish Stratus might be planned as a big surprise for the show as well.
