AAW Heritage Champion Ace Austin vs. Davey Vega with Hartenbower & Sean Logan & John E. Bravo

Austin was soundly the babyface here.  Bravo said it would be a great birthday gift tomorrow for Vega to take the title.  Some good action early.  Austin was controlled early but made a comeback with some cool looking kicks.  He went for a charge in the corner but Vega slinked out of the ring to the floor.  Austin followed and tossed him back into the ring and nailed a big dropkick.    He nailed a launching clothesline and nailed a springboard kick.  The crowd was loving all this offense.

Austin nailed a pescado to the floor on Vega and tossed him back into the ring.  Bravo distracted the referee, allowing Vega to recover and smash Austin into the corner.  Vega went for a suplex but Austin used an inside cradle for a two count.   Austin exploded with a ton of fun, crowd-pleasing offense, almost at a RVD in his prime level fun.  Bravo entered the ring and tossed off his jacket, allowing some of the other minions to interfere and being tossed to the floor.  Vega was backdropped over the top onto them.  Bravo was exasperated.  Austin nailed the Flosberry Flop to the outside.

Austin tossed Vega back in but Bravo again tried to enter the ring and fight him.  Austin superkicked him in the throat.  Vega shocked Austin and caught him with a pinfall combination.

Your winner in 11:11 and new AAW Heritage Champion, Davey Vega!

Backstage, Masha Slamovich said no one will forget after tonight.  She's never shied away from a challenge, not in PWG and not in Impact Wrestling.  Josh Alexander won't be the first and the last gatekeeper she walks right through.  She's been waiting to kick open the AAW door for a long time.  She hopes Josh fights tooth and nail to defend the gold, because it's going to be hers.

Impact Champion Josh Alexander vs. Masha Slamovich

Masha made it very obvious that she wasn't going to be intimidated by Alexander.  They had some nice exchanges with neither getting the early advantage.    She went for a spinning backfist but missed.  She rebounded with a kick that sent Alexander to the floor and then hit a cannonball senton off the top to the floor.   Alexander was caught with several kicks and a cross armbreaker in the center of the ring.  Alexander escaped and manuevered her into an anklelock.  Alexander was taken down and put back in the armbreaker.  Alexander lifted himself to his feet and moved her to the buckles, then snapped backwards, shifting her upwards into the buckles.

Alexander lifted Masha up and dropped her across his knees with a big backbreaker.   He forced her into a backbreaker submission.

Alexander nailed a series of suplexes.  The crowd was really getting into this one, rallying Masha to fire back.  She nailed a right but was scooped and slammed hard.   She drilled him but he again slammed her.  She snapmared Alexander down and drilled him with a kick to the back.  He dared her to bring it again.  She did several times and then surprised him with a kick to the face.  She drove a big boot into his face again.  Alexander caught her with a powerbomb as she charged, then powerbombed her across his knee but she got her shoulder up.  Masha came back with a DDT out of nowhere.  She was too spent to capitalize and they were almost counted down on the mat.

Masha exploded with offense and locked on several submissions before going for a LeBell Lock.  The crowd chanted for Alexander to tap but he made it to the ropes to force the break.   Masha nailed a series of Kawada Kicks but was snatched into another backbreaker.  Josh easily snapped her into a German suplex and drilled her again.  He snapped her over but she psyched up and snapped her neck, smiling.  They began slugging it out.  She nailed the spinning backfist.  He nailed a bicycle kick.  She fired back with a big boot.  They erupted against each other and crashed down to the mat in stereo.  Great stuff.

Josh drilled her with a headbutt.  He stomped her across the sternum.  OUCH.   He drilled her across the back.  Alexander locked her in a Torture Rack submission, then slammed her to the mat.  Masha kicked up at the last second.  Alexander argued with the referee.

Alexander went for the C4 Spike but she blocked it.  He drilled her in the face with a series of knees.  The crowd chanted for Masha.  She elevated him out of a C4 attempt and nailed a sunset driver for another close two count.

Masha charged with a running knee strike for another two count.  She went back to the Kawada kicks but he caught her and spun her around for a discus clothesline.  She ducked and nailed a Saito Suplex and the Russian Death Drop for another two count.   Masha went back to the cross armbreaker but Alexander turned it into a pinfall combination.  She manipulated him back to the armbar and began kicking away.  Alexander returned to the anklelock and turned it into a Texas Cloverleaf in the center of the ring.  Masha finally passed out due to the pain in 17:07.

Your winner and still champion Josh Alexander!

This was absolutely excellent and should be celebrated as a true star-making performance for Masha Slamovich.

Alexander took the mic as Masha was recovering.  He said he was the gatekeeper of AAW earlier.  Anyone who wants to come to this ring and stay here, they have to go through him.  Mike Bennett showed his fighting spirit here and his respect to all of the paying fans.  He said that being the gatekeeper of AAW is something he takes seriously, because ten years ago, AAW was the first company to take a chance on a young Josh Alexander.  The crowd chanted for AAW.  He said that everyone here knows that he loves professional wrestling, but after being in the right with Masha, he knows he has found someone who loves this as much as he does.

"Man, woman, I don't give a f***.  You are one of the toughest people I have ever been in the ring with."

Alexander said that he has one gift to give away.  He is giving her his spot in the Jim Lyman Memorial Tournament here in October.  He told her to kick that sh** open and take it home.  She took his hand and shook it.

The crowd gave her a standing ovation.

AMISH STREET FIGHT:  Levi Everett vs. Mr. Ren Jones

Ren Jones came out wearing the AAW Women's title.  He said he was wearing it because "I am the champion of women."  They noted he was scheduled to face Levi Everett but he was assaulted backstage.  Everett acted as if he didn't know.  He said he doesn't get dirty and won't be in the Street Fight.  He was asked what he was going to do for the fans who paid to see him tonight.

Nate "Spyder" Webb's music hit and he came to the ring.  He did his long entrance but was attacked.  Everett hit the ring to make the save.  The crowd chanted for him to churn his butter.  They announced it was now an Amish Tornado Tag!

Everyone battled around the ring.  Webb nailed a chairshot across Hartenbower's back.   Jones attacked him and stomped him.  Webb nailed him with the ring bell.    Renn hit a HUGE dive to the crowd, wiping everyone out.   Webb nailed a dropkick into a chair Hartenbower was wielding.  Webb went to the top with the chair and nailed a moonsault off the top with the chair.    Everett speared Jones.  Hartenbower nailed him but was his with a clothesline over the top to the floor.
