AEW's Leyla Hirsch was helped from the ring after her match during an AEW Dark - Elevation taping in Boston MA was halted following what appeared to be a knee injury.
Hirsch's right knee buckled as she was landing after a flip off the top rope during a singles match against Christina Marie, leading to her going down. The referee stopped the bout and called for the company's medical staff to look over Hirsh.
The crowd chanted for Leyla after the bout was stopped. Hirsch was walked to the back, limping, by the referee and the medical staff.
Hirsch is being checked out by AEW's medical team currently. We will update as we confirm more.
