Welcome to PWInsider.com’s live coverage of World Wrestling Entertainment’s Clash of Champions Pay Per View from the Thunderdome in Orlando, Florida. Remember to check out all of the news related to Clash of Champions, including the Tip Sheet, Blogs, and preview audio.

We are in Orlando, Florida and your host is Charly Caruso.  She is joined by John Layfield, Booker T, and Peter Rosenberg.

Booker T mentions that he has immunity from Retribution thanks to TBar.

Charly asks if Retribution will get involved tonight.  Booker says he is looking forward to them causing trouble while he watches.

Charly announces that Nia Jax, Shayna Baszler, and Nikki Cross have not been medically cleared.  The tag title match will be addressed on Raw.  Bayley will discuss her title match tonight on the pay per view.

We are told that the ladder match will be the opening match on the pay per view.

We take a look at the Universal Title Match with a video package.

Charly asks if the match will rip the family apart forever.

Booker thinks it will.  We have seen Roman get the rub for so long, but Jey has dreams too.  Just because he is a tag team specialist doesn't mean that he doesn't want to be the champion.  Booker says he knows about that.  Peter says no one gets into their business not to be a star.  Roman has been running the show for a long time.  He says that he saw a different energy in Jey tonight.  John says that when the Usos started people didn't really know about them but after the match, the arena would be standing on their feet.  They are talented and Jey has the chance to knock off the Alpha Male.  John says he doesn't care if the family is broken up if he can be champion.

Booker says this might be his only moment so he needs to step up and do what no one thinke he can do. Booker says he believes in Jey.  John says the odds are against Jey.  Roman has everything on his side but this could be Jey's only chance.  He didn't expect to be in this spot.  He won't care who is across the ring from him.  Peter says we will see magic or something tragic.  Roman is trying to prove a point.  He wants everyone to know what he will do to family.

Booker says he knows about Jey and he is expecting a great fight.

Charly asks for predictions.  Booker says he cannot predict but he is pulling for Jey.  John says Jey has nothing to lose, but he thinks Roman will win.  Peter also picks Roman.

Kayla Braxton is in the Champions' Lounge with Shinsuke Nakamura and Cesaro.  She asks if the champagne celebration is premature.  Cesaro says they are great talents individually but seeing them working together is like oil mixing with water.  Cesaro says they click in the ring.  Cesaro says they will enjoy their victory while Lucha House Party implodes.

Kayla asks about what has happened in recent weeks.  Cesaro calls Kayla a Debbie Downer and points out she doesn't have the necessary hardware.  Nakamura tells Kayla to show herself the door.

It is time to talk about the United States Title Match.

We see Apollo on Raw Talk talking about planning for the match.

Charly asks about Apollo's losses.  John says it shouldn't matter.  Crews should go out and beat Bobby Lashley.  All of the other crap takes away from the fact he has a title match.  Booker agrees with John.  Booker says if Apollo has any sense, he would join in.  Peter says Apollo is a good guy, but it does not matter.  All that matters is what he does with Lashley.

MVP joins the panel from backstage.  He says he feels outstanding.  He is asked about Apollo Crews being in their way.  MVP says he is sick of this question.  Business is booming and Bobby hurt Apollo's neck.  After Apollo loses, his kids will have their feelings hurt.  MVP is asked about Cedric being a part of the Hurt Business.  MVP says he has plans for Cedric.  He has an amateur background and he is college educated.  He has that streak and he will use that to do good things for Cedric.  John asks what are their plans going forward.  He says he hopes they will continue to grow.  Bobby says they want to expand beyond borders.  He says he is the Executive Vice President and managing partner.  He sees lots of gold.  The only color they care about is green.  In this business gold equals green.

Charly asks what would happen if Apollo wins.  MVP stops Charly.  It is not personal, it is business.  You talk about Apollo Crews winning.  That is insanity.  All you can do is batten down the hatches and hide, like a hurricane is coming.  Peter asks if Retribution is going to affect things.  MVP says they offered to deal with Retribution.  He has a plan and it is a part of the overall business model.

A prospector who looks like R Truth wants to know where the gold is.  He says this is the Gold Rush so he is looking for gold.  Charly asks why is Truth here.  Truth says this is Gold Rush and he has the gold.  Charly tells Truth to be careful.  John asks if he has seen the ninjas.  Truth says he was scared to the highest of scaredstiffity.  Charly tells Truth to be careful and Truth says they have to play peek-a-boo to find him.

Alyse is with the Raw Tag Team Champions.  She asks them if they can win without Zelina. Angel says Zelina blamed him for every set back.  Zelina was the problem.  Andrade says Zelina is the past and now is the time for them.  If he has his back, he has Garza's back.  Together they are one. Andrade says the Street Profits want the smoke, but Garza says they need to extinguish this fire.  Garza has some words for Alyse before he leaves.

We have a video package for the Intercontinental Championship Match.

Charly asks about everyone claiming to be the champion.  John agrees with Jeff that if Sami had defending the title as much he would still be champion.  Sami Zayn shows up and wonders why Jeff Hardy was called the champion.  He wants to know why Sami was not named the champion.  Charly says Jeff is the champion.  Sami says he never lost the title.  He pinned Braun Strowman and he successfully defended the title.  How can anyone else claim to be the champion.  AJ won a fradulent tournament.  Jeff should have surrendered the title when he beat AJ.

Booker points out that Sami was out for a while.  You have to win tonight to call yourself the champion.  Sami says no one understands his situation.  Sami tells Booker he got him off his game a little.  If he does not win, he is coming after Booker.

We go to Michael Cole and Corey Graves for our Kickoff Show Match.

We take a look at the WWE Championship Match with a video package.

Charly asks about Drew's jaw and how will it affect the match.  Booker says it will probably be in the back of his mind, but adrenaline gets to you.  Booker says the advantage goes to Orton due to experience.  Booker says Randy Orton wants people to talk about him as one of the greatest if not the greatest.  Peter says that Cena and the Rock are great superstars, but Orton is the better wrestler.  Peter says this ambulance is needed for this match.

John says that Drew has been a great champion but he has a broken jaw.  You can shake it off the first time, but after 25 or 30 minutes it gets to you.  Drew being hurt makes it more likely Randy Orton can win tonight.  Peter says he is picking Randy Orton too.
