WWE RAW REPORT: ORTON VERSUS SHOW, SANE VERSUS BAYLEY, THE STREET PROFITS RETURN, ALI RETURNS, AND MORE

By Richard Trionfo on 2020-07-20 23:00:00

We are back and Andrade tells Garza to be tranquilo.  Zelina shows up and wants to know what happened.  Zelina says she has to fix this problem for you two children.  Graza says they are on the same page and Zelina tells them to prove it.

Bayley makes the way to the ring but she waits for her fellow tag team champion Sasha Banks and Sasha has Asuka's title belt with her.

Sasha thanks everyone and Bayley wants you to show respect for the new Raw Women's Champion.  Sasha says she's got this.  A lot of people have been talking about her and people have been talking about her stealing the Raw Women's Title.  Sasha says she fought for the title unlike her opponent who was handed the title.  You are forgetting what happened before last night.  You are forgetting that Asuka spit her green mist in that poor referee's face, almost blinding him.  He could not continue the match.  Bayley borrowed the referee's shirt because someone had to finish officiating the match.

Bayley says she had to do the right thing and make the count.

Sasha says you don't have to get it because she is the Boss and she is Two Belts Banks.  They have all the gold.

Asuka's music plays and she makes her way to the stage with Kairi Sane.

Asuka says Sasha was not ready for Asuka.  Asuka yells at Bayley and Sasha.  She says it is her title.

Sasha tells Asuka to come get the title.

Stephanie McMahon appears on the TitanTron.  Stephanie congratulates them on being the tag champs and she congratulates Bayley for being the Smackdown champion.  Stephanie says Sasha's match last night was a horror show.  You are not the champion because you didn't win.  Asuka did not win.  Next week there will be a championship match to determine who is the rightful Raw Women's Champion.  Stephanie says you can lose by any means.

Asuka and Kairi go to the ring and Bayley and Sasha go to the floor.

Match Number Five:  Kairi Sane (with Asuka) versus Bayley (with Sasha Banks) in a Non Title Match

Bayley with forearms to the back.  Bayley wtih a suplex for a near fall.  Sane sends Bayley to the apron and Bayley with a shoulder.  Bayley tries to suplex Sane to the floor but Sane blocks it and Sane with a forearm to the back followed by an axe kick.  Sane goes to the turnbuckles and hits a double stomp to the back but Bayley rolls to the floor with some help from Sasha as we go to commercial.

We are back and Sane with elbows to the back.  Sane goes for a Sliding D but Bayley gets her boot up.  Bayley with a Divorce Court for a near fall.  Bayley wraps the arm in the ropes.  Bayley with a double wrist lock.

We see Shayna Baszler watching on a giant monitor and she is ambushed by Charly Caruso.  Shayna is asked about the match and Shayna says she has beaten them all and doesn't have a match.  She says she has a vested interest in the match, the same way a shark has a vested interest any time is sees prey in the water.

Meanwhile, as the match continues, Sane counters a suplex with a DDT.  Sane with a blockbuster and a drop kick.  Sane winds up for the Sliding D and hits it.  Bayley drops Sane's arm on the top rope.  Bayley with a double wrist lock and she lifts Sane off her feet.  Sane pulls Bayley off the ropes to get free.  Sane goes up top and hits a double stomp for a near fall.  Sane with a spinning back fist and spear.  Sane goes up top for the elbow drop and hits it.  Sane gets a near fall when Bayley gets her foot on the rope.

Sane goes for another spear but Bayley with a knee and a belly-to-back suplex.  Bayley goes up top for an elbow drop and hits it for a near fall.  Bayley goes for the belly-to-belly suplex but Sane counters with a rollup for the three count.

Winner:  Kairi Sane

Drew McIntyre is in the back and he is ambushed and asked about how he is doing after last night's match.  Drew says he feels like he fell down several flights of stairs but he is still champion.  Drew says he will be going to the ring to tell everyone what is next.

We go to commercial.

We are back and WWE Champion Drew McIntyre makes his way to the ring.

Drew says he has to hand it to Dolph.  That stipulation was brilliant.  It swayed the match in Dolph's favor and he maximized the stipulation.  Drew says Dolph almost had him, but almost doing things is the story of Dolph's career.  Up next is SummerSlam.  Drew says he wants a worthy opponent.

Dolph Ziggler makes his way to the ring and Drew says it is not you.

Dolph says he saw something in Drew he hasn't seen in a long time.  He says he saw fear.  For the first time in a long time . . .

Drew wonders why is Dolph out here.

Dolph says the world saw us beat the hell out of each other.  Dolph says he almost had his moment last night.

Drew says you are looking for a match, but I beat you 24 hours ago in a stipulation that you chose.  Drew says NO.

Dolph says he saw fear because he knew that Dolph had what it takes.

Drew says he will save Dolph the embarassment and he will leave.

Drew starts to leave and Dolph grabs Drew and Drew with a head butt.

Drew tells Dolph no and leaves.

Dolph tells Drew not to leave.  Dolph says he deserved that match.  Dolph says he does not care. Drew can name the stipulation and time.

Drew thinks about it and he tells Dolph all those years of law school worked.  You made a compelling argument.  I get to choose the stipulation?  I accept.

Dolph wants to know what is the stipulation.

Drew says he just accepted the match ten seconds ago.  I will tell you the stipulation right before the bell rings.

Big Show is in the back and he says he will be standing across the ring from Randy Orton with Ric Flair by his side.  Randy has had an incredible year.  Look at what he did to Edge.  He took Christian's dream of one more match and turned it into a nightmare.  There is more than living up to your last name.  Everyone who picked Randy out of that dark hole have been systematically taken out.  Show says he would be foolish not to think about his career and health.  Show says he hoped that we would never see the Legend Killer again.  Whether it is Ric Flair doing it or Orton himself, those voices in his head are telling Randy to have no compassion as he takes everything out.

Show says he is reminded of riding into town with Randy.  They were a tag team and they were known by themselves as hammer and chisel.  They bonded.  Whether it was Show dealing with the literal metaphor of being the world's largest athlete or Randy being a third generation superstar.  Those talks bonded them.  They became friends because the other knew what was going on inside.  That has changed.  The sadistic Legend Killer is back and Orton has a boot waiting for him.

Show says he thought if this might be the end of him.  it might be.  Show says a tiger is its most dangerous when it senses the end.  Show says he knows this might be the end of the line but he will do everything to make sure that Randy does not write the end of his story.

We go to commercial.

Orton waits for the RKO and he hits it for a near fall.  Orton looks under the ring and he gets a chair.  Orton hits Show in the midsection with the chair and then hits Show in the back.  Orton winds up and hits Show in the back with the chair.  Show is hit in the knee with the chair and then in the back.  Orton sets for the IEDDT and hits it.  Orton throws the chair to the floor and Orton twists to the mat to prepare for the RKO.  Orton with an RKO for the three count.
