Following Renee Young announcing that she had tested positive for COVID-19 yesterday, WWE broadcast personality Kayla Braxton announced that she has tested positive for the second time:
Was keeping it quiet but since everyone else is sharing, I feel like it is my responsibility to share this PSA: YOU CAN GET COVID-19 MORE THAN ONCE! I had it back in early March and then thought I was invincible after I recovered. Not true. Dont be dumb like me.

Given Braxton is now fighting it a second time, she all but revealed she was the initial person fighting a COVID-19 infection back in April.
WWE Producer Adam Pearce also announced he has been infected with COVID-19:

To clarify for those confused, these positives are a result of a new round of tests WWE requested staff and personalities take on Monday after a new COVID-19 positive was discovered. These infections are not a result of the tests done last week at the WWE Performance Center.
PWInsider.com is told that there are other infections and we wish everyone and their families nothing but the best.
