Thomas Burke sent word that Bob Stoops is being reported at the Coach for the XFL's Dallas franchise team for their resurrection in 2020. This will make WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross happy as Stoops was the head football coach at the University of Oklahoma from 1999 until 2017, when he announced his retirement.
