DJ Z vs. Myron Reed
Some nice back and forth wrestling early on. Reed leaves the ring and DJ Z chases him back in Z nailed a nice dropkick and a chinbreaker before coming off the ropes with a back elbow off tje ropes. DJ Z drove Reed into the guard rail. He brought him back into the ring and nailed a quebrada. Reed came back and nailed him on the floor. He drilled Z with a chop on the floor. Z advanced but was nailed in the mid-section. Reed worked over Reed in right hands and used a chinlock on the mat.
They crisscrossed back and forth against the ropes asnd Z nailed a great leaping clothesline. They battled to the ropes, where Reed clotheslined him back into the ring and nailed a legdrop off the ropes for a two count. They went back and forth with rollups until Reed hooked the tights and scored the pin.

Reed played a really effective heel here. Z has really nailed his timing in the ring.
Simon Gotch vs. Ace Romero
They began slugging it out. Romero hit a charging clothesline and they toppled over the ropes to the floor. They battled back and forth on the floor. They fought back into the ring, where Gotch fired away with chops. Romero worked him over in the corner but missed a splash in the corner.
Romero nailed a big elbow on Gotch but Jacob Fatu and The Sheik hit the ring and began beating Romero. They beat him with a flagpole. Gotch joined in the beating. The Sheik pulled out a spike and drove it into Romero’s forehead, then began jabbing it into his head. Several referees ran out but wouldn’t enter the ring. When they tried, Gotch ran them off.
Romero was bleeding badly from the attack. Gotch took the mic and said he wanted everyone to remember the day violence was born in MLW. He said they were going to burn the world of professional wrestling to the ground. He declared they are Contra. They will be the name of the group.
They announced a 6/1 return to the 2300 Arena. They are selling tickets at the box office tonight and they will be available online soon.
