Match Number Five: NXT UK Men's Championship Match: Pete Dunne versus Joe Coffey
They lock up and Dunne backs Coffey into the ropes and gives a clean break. They lock up and Dunne with a wrist lock and he goes for the fingers. Coffey with a reversal and take down with a wrist lock. Dunne with a forearm but it does not affect Coffey. They go for a test of strength and Dunn gets Coffey's hands on the mat and Dunne stands on one hand and pulls the fingers on the other hand. Dunne goes for a drop toe hold but Coffey stays on his feet for a moment but Dunne gets Coffey down.
Dunne works on the ankle with the leg in a figure four. Coffey with a side head lock. Coffey catches Dunne on a leap frog attempt and Coffey goes for a Boston Crab but Dunne with an arm bar. Coffey with a side head lock and uppercut to Dunne. Coffey with another European uppercut. Coffey with a nerve hold into a side head lock. Dunne with a clothesline and a running shoulder tackle. Dunne with a Regal Stretch on Coffey. Coffey gets to the ropes and Dunne kicks the hand after releasing the hold. Coffey with a bear hug but Dunne with a double wrist lock and body scissors. Coffey counters into a suplex attempt but Dunne with knees and he returns to the body scissors and the double wrist lock.
Coffey with a suplex and he gets a near fall. Dunne and Coffey exchange forearms and Dunne is sent to the floor and Dunne hits the apron hard before landing on the floor. Dunne flips over Coffey from the ring steps and hits a drop kick. Dunne kicks Coffey and he charges at Coffey and Coffey with a power slam on the ramp. Coffey gets back into the ring and the referee starts his count. Dunne gets back into the ring and Coffey with kicks and Irish whips into the corner. Coffey with a back breaker as he continues to work on the back. Coffey with a side slam for a near fall.
Coffey with kicks to Dunne. Coffey with a bear hug. Dunne with head butts to try to escape the hold but Coffey holds on. Dunne with forearms and Coffey adds more pressure to the bear hug. Dunne goes for the nose and Coffey with an overhead belly-to-belly suplex for a near fall. Coffey misses a splash into the corner and both men with forearms. Coffey is sent into the corner from a Dunne forearm. Dunne flips over Coffey in the corner and hits an enzuigiri. Dunne lands on his feet on a German suplex. Dunne with a kick that sends Coffey to the floor.
Dunne goes to the turnbuckles and hits a moonsault onto Coffey on the floor. Coffey with a forearm and he sets for a suplex but Dunne with an X Plex for a near fall. Coffey with an Irish whip and Dunne lips out of the corner but Coffey with a moonsault and then he sends Dunne into the turnbuckles and hits a splash. Coffey with a power bomb and then he gets a near fall. Coffey goes for a piledriver but turns it into a Boston Crab. Dunne crawls to the ropes but Coffey sits down on Dunne's back. Coffey with boots to the head and the referee checks on Dunne. Dunne gets to the ropes and the hold is released.
Dunne grabs the fingers and Coffey with a head butt. Dunne with a head butt and they exchange head butts. Both men go down after the head butts conclude. Dunne with a snap German suplex but Coffey pops up. Dunne with a flatliner into a Koji Clutch and Coffey rolls over and gets a near fall. Dunne returns to the Koji Clutch but Coffey picks Dunne up. Dunne escapes and applies an ankle lock and grapevines the leg.
Coffey hits Dunne in the leg to get out of the hold. Coffey with a German suplex. Coffey with a diving shoulder but he jumps into a knee from Dunne. Coffey escapes Bitter End and Coffey goes for a double jump cross body but Dunne with a forearm. Dunne with Bitter End for a near fall. Coffey rolls to the floor and Dunne goes to the apron. Coffey grabs Dunne on the apron and sets for a German suplex on the apron but Dunne grabs the fingers. Dunne with an elbow. Coffey sends Dunne into the ring post with a diving head butt and then hits a power bomb on the apron.
Both men get back into the ring at the same time as the referee is about to count to ten. Coffey punches Dunne and kicks Dunne in the head. Dunne kicks Coffey in the head ahd then he stomps Coffey on the mat. Dunne stomps on the head and kicks Coffey. Coffey with a pop up European upercut. Dunne with an enzuigiri and Coffey hits a discus clothesline but Dunne kicks out. Coffey goes for the discus clothesline but Dunne counters into an arm bar and Dunne goes for the fingers but Coffey gets Dunne on the mat and then runs Dunne into the turnbuckles.
Coffey climbs to the top turnbuckle while holding on to Coffey and he hits a power bomb superplex. Both men are in opposite corners and they both get back to their feet at the same time. They meet in the center of the ring and exchange punches. Dunne with punches and Coffey is staggered. The referee warns Coffey as Dunne collapses onto Coffey's body against the ropes. Coffey with a punch. Coffey gets Dunne on his shoulders and hits a Mount Everest German suplex for a near fall. Coffey stomps on Dunne's head and then connects with forearms to the back of the head.
Coffey goes for a pump handle move but Dunne counters into a DDT and Dunne with Bitter End but he cannot roll over to make the cover. Coffey rolls away as Dunne goes for the cover. Coffey goes to the apron and Dunne grabs Coffey. Coffey with a discus clothesline from the apron. Coffey sends Dunne into the turnbuckles Coffey goes to the turnbuckles and he pulls Dunne up. Dunne pushes Coffey off the turnbuckles and Coffey lands on the floor while Dunne falls to the mat.
Dunne picks up Coffey on the floor and he connects with a forearm. Coffey with a discus clothesline and they return to the floor. Coffey hits a pump handle uranage for a near fall. Coffey goes up top and Dunne stops him. Both men fall off the turnbuckles to the floor. Dunne gets back into the ring and Coffey follows back into the ring. Dunne avoids a discus clothesline and Dunne with forearms followed by Bitter End but Coffey kicks out. Dunne pulls at the fingers and forces Coffey to tap out.
Winner: Pete Dunne (Retains Championship)
As Pete Dunne celebrates in the ring . . .
Walter's music plays and he appears on the stage and makes his way to the ring.
Joe Coffey gets on the apron and he walks into a boot from Walter.
Walter and Dunne do their poses in the ring and Walter walks away.
