Welcome to PWInsider.com’s live, ongoing coverage of House of Hardcore at the Sports Arena in St. James, New York!

Trey Miguel vs. Titan Gains

Miguel was billed as the “Fresh Prince of Mid-Air.”  Gains played heel and used his strength to control Miguel.  Miguel teased a dive, but Gains moved out of the way.  Gains nailed a powerslam into the buckles and hit a big backdrop.  He slammed Miguel again.   He continued to work over Miguel for a long time.  He went for a Muscle Buster, but Miguel slipped out and pulled him into a backslide for a two count.  Miguel then stunned and pinned Gains.

Your winner, Trey Miguel!

Solid back and forth match.

Sam Adonis vs. Ace Romero

Adonis was announced as representing CMLL.

Adonis attacked Romero before the bell.  He began mocking Romero, yelling “ Acey Baby.”  He worked over Romero and locked in a rear chinlock.  He nailed a neckbreaker off the ropes and mocked the fans by yelling, “This is awesome.” He jawed with the crowd, taking too long before he went for a swanton, missing it.

Romero nailed a running charge in the corner and backdropped Adonis.   He nailed a leaping kick for a two count.  Romero nailed a series of offensive moves and scored the pin.

Your winner, Ace Romero!

Decent back and forth match.  Adonis plays a really good cocky heel.

Kevin Kross vs. Little Guido: Submission Match

The storyline here is that Kross, who beat Guido in his debut, has been disrespecting Guido by bringing his family up during promos on HOH TV on Twitch.

They exchanged strikes.  Guido took him down and went for an armbar but Kross made it to the ropes.   Guido used his UWFi training to work over Kross’ leg.  There was a lot of back and forth grappling and submission attempts until Kross muscled up Guido and slammed him down.

Kross followed up with kicks and strikes to the small of Guido’s back.   Kross speared Guido down.  The crowd chanted for Guido to make a comeback, but he was kicked down.  Guido finally snatched Kross’ arm and worked over an armbar, but Kross made it to the ropes.

Kross finally grabbed a kneebar and forced Guido to tap.

You winner, Killer Kross!

Kross held it on Guido for a long time after.

Bull James vs. Alex Reynolds

Reynolds played old school Memphis heel, stalling and threatening to walk out.  Bull finally grabbed Reynolds, sat him on the top rope and patted him on the head.

Reynold began working over Bull’s arm.  Bull went for a slam, but Reynolds slipped out.  James built up to a series of Beel throws.  James clotheslined Reynolds over the to the floor.  James teased a dive.

Reynolds cut off James and nailed a double-stop on the apron.  Reynolds worked over James for a long time, scoring several two counts.  James tried to mount a comeback but was stomped on the back and neck for a two count.

They battled on the apron, but James caught him and propelled him off with his legs.  Reynolds crashed to the floor.  James made a comeback with some clobbering shots, scoring a two count.

They battled back and forth, exchanging near falls.  James went for a superplex.  Reynolds flipped over, going for a sunset flip.  James dropped down with the Doink Drop, scoring the pin.

Your winner, Bull James!

Solid match.
