Paul Heyman and Brock Lesnar make their way to the ring after doing the Brock Bounce on the stage and the Lesnar Leap onto the apron.
We see photos of the Fatal Four Way Match from SummerSlam.
Paul introduces himself and he says you are not watching a rerun. This is not on time delay. We are live in Brooklyn where he has the honor and privilege of letting the WWE Universe know that your winner in the main event . . . AND STILL reigning and undisputed champion, BROCK LESNAR. Paul says what amazes him after all of these years, he does not make predictions, he delivers spoilers. He tells you what is going to happen in advance. He mentioned the conspiracy against Brock Lesnar and it unfolded before your eyes.
A corporately sanctioned, first degree felonious assault that took Brock Lesnar out of the equation. Just like he told you, except this was so heinous that for the first time in Brock Lesnar's life, he was carted off the battlefield. The battlefield of competition, the battlefield of combat. So the three pretenders to Brock's throne could fight it out in this ring where one of them could sneak away the Universal Champion without pinning or tapping out Brock Lesnar.
So he can come out and complain and kvetch about Brock losing without being pinned. Brock refused medical attention and he came back this aisle to this ring where championships have been designed to be won or lost. Brock came back to conquer or be conquered. The conquering that Brock Lesnar did. In case you did not hear, in a Fatal Four Way on Sunday, August 20, 2017, Brock Lesnar pinned Roman Reigns.
Let's all be on the same page from this day forward. If there is beating to be done, it will be done by Brock Lesnar. If there is victimization to be perpetrated, it will be perpetrated by Brock Lesnar. If there is conquering to do, it can only be done by Brock Lesnar.
Braun Strowman's music plays and he makes his way to the ring.
Brock shows Braun that he is still champion.
Strowman gets in Brock's face and Lesnar says that Strowman is looking at the champ. Strowman tries for a choke slam but Brock escapes. Strowman with a boot and power slam. Lesnar struggles to get back to his feet and when he does, Braun hits another power slam.
Braun holds the title belt over his head and he looks at Paul Heyman before dropping the title belt and Braun leaves the ring.
We go to commercial.
We are back and Enzo does his introduction. Enzo says that Cass is a New Yorker who went to private school and NYU. Enzo says he graduated from the school of hard knocks. Fifteen years ago their friendship started playing basketball. It wasn't about his mouth or Cass' height. It was about being brothers and having each other's back. You sat down at his family's table and broke bread with them. Then you broke their hearts. This is where it ends.
Enzo brings out a shopping cart with weapons.
Match Number One: Enzo Amore versus Big Cass in a Brooklyn Street Fight
Cass comes up the ramp and Enzo throws things at him but Cass hits Enzo and then he hits Enzo with the shopping cart. Cass sends Enzo into the ringside barrier. Cass sends Enzo into the ring. Cass brings a chair into the ring and gives it to Enzo. Enzo goes for the chair and Cass with a boot to the head.
We go to commercial.
We are back and Cass picks up Enzo and sends him into the turnbuckles. We see footage from the commercial when Cass bieled Enzo on the floor. Enzo with a jaw breaker and he crawls for the chair but Cass pulls him out of the way. Cass with an Irish whip and splash into the corner. Enzo with a punch but Cass puts Enzo on the turnbuckles and connects with forearms to the kidneys.
Cass goes for a running boot but Enzo drops down on the apron and Cass goes over the top rope to the floor. Enzo crawls to get the chair and he has it. Cass stomps on the chair and it hurts Enzo's hand. Cass with a slam but he cannot do the leaping elbow drop due to the injury to his knee. Officials check on Cass while the referee tells Enzo that Cass is injured.
Winner: Enzo Amore (by referee stoppage)
Emma and Dana Brooke are in the locker room and Emma is pissed that people are talking about Sasha. Emma says she was put in a bad draw. If she had Dana's route, she would have beaten Sasha last week to face Alexa and win the title. Emma says that Nia is not the sharpest tool in the shed and she is led around by Alexa Bliss. Emma turns around to realize that Nia has been standing there. Nia says that after their match, Give Emma CPR will be trending.
We go to commercial.
Match Number Two: Nia Jax versus Emma
Emma slaps Nia and punches her. Nia with a body block. Nia biels Emma into the corner and hits a splash into the corner. Nia misses a charge into the corner when Emma moves. Emma with a drop kick to the head but Nia stays on her feet. Nia with a Samoan drop for the three count.
Winner: Nia Jax
Elias walks in the back and he stops to stare at a few people who are talking in the back. We go to commercial.
We are back and Elias is in the ring and he is going to sing for us. Elias says he looked into the solar eclipse and it was all crystal clear. He was going to sing about Brooklyn but most of you are embarrassed to live here. Instead he will sing about his opponent R Truth. Elias asks that you hold your applause until he is done. He starts a spoken word version of What's Up but then he sings his song.
In the middle of the song, Elias stops when the people start clapping.
Match Number Three: R Truth versus Elias
They lock up and Truth blocks a punch and punches Elias. Truth with a spinebuster and punches followed by a splash into the corner. Truth wtih punches and the referee pulls Truth out of the corner. Elias with an elbow and a side head lock. Truth with a jumping leg lariat. Truth with punches. Elias kicks Truth in the midsection and a follows with a forearm to the back and Drift Away for the three count.
Winner: Elias
We go to commercial.
