WWE SMACKDOWN REPORT: WHO HELD THE BRIEFCASE AT THE END OF THE NIGHT? EIGHT MAN TAG, SIX MAN TAG, AND MORE

By Richard Trionfo on 2017-06-13 21:58:00

We are back and the Singhs introduce the WWE Champion, Jinder Mahal.

Jinder wants everyone to rise and show some respect to your WWE Champion.  He says he will prove on Sunday that Randy Orton is a coward and afraid to let down his home town of St. Louis.  He is afraid of disappointing his family.  Jinder says that Randy's father and other stars from the past will be sitting in the front row.  Jinder says that Randy refuses to confront him and it is because of fear of Jinder Mahal.  Fear of the Modern Day Maharaja.

Ever since he embarrassed Randy at Backlash, he has been acting like a defanged garden snake.  He will cut away at Randy's legacy until there is nothing left of the Orton name.  The sun has risen on a new era.  Jinder speaks in Punjabi.

Randy Orton's music plays and the Singhs stand in the aisle, but Orton comes through the crowd and hits Mahal with an RKO out of nowhere.  Orton slithers out of the ring and goes through the crowd.

Baron Corbin and Dolph Ziggler get ready in the locker room and the Face of America enters.  He wants to talk and he tells Baron not to act up.

Dolph asks Kevin if he is going to tell them to follow their lead.  Baron says he won't listen to Kevin.

Kevin says he does not like Baron and he likes Dolph a little more than he likes Baron.

Kevin says there are two options tonight.  They can work together and take out Nakamura, Sami, and AJ.  Then on Sunday it is just the three of them to try to get the briefcase instead of six.

Or you can punch him in the face.  Dolph can kick you in the face and then Kevin can power bomb Ziggler.  They don't have to be friends, they just have to not be their own worst enemies.

We go to commercial.
