Roode’s entrance was amazing, totally amazing.  He was presented like a star’s star.  NXT totally gets it, they really do.

Nakamura was introduced first and got a nice pop.  Roode got one as well.  He held up the old Title belt for the last time.  Mr. Regal then gave the ref the new one.  It looks great.  Also has an X in it. OWL ALERT!  OWL ALERT!

The crowd is split.  We are going past two hours and I am damn happy about that!

Shinsuke tried to get into Roode’s head and he laughed at him, this is my world.  NXT is the number one trend in the world Nigel said.  Nakamura got the upper hand early and the crowd is split between them.

Roode came back by elbowing Nakamura to the floor.  He went down and worked him over there and then took him back in the ring and went to work.  He stayed in control for a while.  This one will get some time.

Nakamura started making his comeback as fans started singing his theme.  Nakamura came back with running kicks to all parts of Roode’s body.  When he dumped him to the floor, Nakamura hit a running knee to the head and another from the ring to a prone Roode’s neck.  Nakamura took him into the ring and got a two count.

Nakamura went for an Exploder but Roode fought out.  Then Nakamura ran into a STIFF Lariat.  It was a Clothesline From Hell.  This put Roode back in control.  But as he ran into the corner Nakamura got the legs up and then kicked him in the face.  He set up for Kinshasa but Roode moved and took out the formerly injured left knee.  Nakamura was selling it and Roode them went right to work on it with elbows and then ramming it into the ring post.  Nakamura is hurt now.

Roode locked in the Figure Four on in the middle of the ring.  Can Nakamura get out?  He tried to reverse it and finally did.  Roode popped out and then went to work on the leg again.  Roode was about to put on the Figure Four when he told Shinsuke to quit because he is the champ and he got locked in a submission.  Roode tried to power out but Nakamura got the arm bar locked in.  He got his legs to the rope for the break but Nakamura didn’t break immediately.  When he did he kicked the crap out of Roode.  He rammed him headfirst into the turnbuckle but when he came in with the knee, Roode moved and Nakamura hit the turnbuckle.  Both men are hurting but Roode is the first one to his feet and he is back to work.  But Nakamura isn’t ready to go down yet.  He came back with big kicks to Roode but when he missed Roode pulled out the Backstabber for two.  Phillips and Nigel are calling this.  Percy is just watching.  I don’t blame him!

They got to their feet and threw hands again.  The crowd is cheering both men on.  This is a war.

Nakamura gets a two and half because as Nigel said, he didn’t have enough left to hook the leg.  I love Nigel.  Nakamura set up for Kinshasa so Roode bailed.  Nakamura chased him and three him back in and Roode used that to attack and hit the Glorious DDT.  TWO COUNT ONLY!!!!

Nakamura is left for dead as Roode is fighting back himself.  Roode went to the floor and grabbed the ring bell.  Old school!  Like a vet, he banged it against the post to let us know it’s “real”.  The ref took it from him allowing Nakamura to hit an Exploder.  He went from Kinshasa but Roode turned it into a Spinebuster.  Two count only!  The fans are loving this!

Both men are spent.  Roode fights to pull Nakamura up but Shinsuke rammed him into the corner.  As he came in Roode took out the leg.  He then did the most amazing DDT I have ever seen (and you need to see it yourself) to get the pin.

This was F’n amazing.  The whole show was.  Totally amazing!  I hoped you watched it.  Roode got his new belt after the match and he deserved it.  If this is it for Nakamura (who laid in the ring selling while Roode left with the belt), it was an amazing way to go out.

Eps, Stu and I will be doing a Post Game show.  It will probably be 15 minutes long because this was all awesome.
