We are now at intermission.  Three matches left!

Hiroshi Tanahashi & Dalton Castle & Ryuske Taguchi vs. Tetsuya Naito & Hiromu Takahashi & Punishment Martinez.

Castle and Martinez started out.  Castle's shtick was really over with the fans.  Naito tagged in, but Castle tagged in Tanahashi, setting up a Wrestle Kingdom rematch.  Tanahashi went for a kick but Naito stepped out of the way and stalled.  Naito then went to lock up but Tanahashi sidestepped him and mimicked Castle's mannerisms.  That was cool.

Naito was nailed with an elbow and hit with a high cross bodyblock.  Taguchi and Tanahashi worked over Naito with multiple hip attacks.  Castle tagged in and nailed a hip attack of his own.  Team Tanahashi were having a lot of fun in the ring showboating.

Takashi stepped in and cleaned house, allowing Naito begin working over Taguchi with a series of kicks.  Naito ripped at his face.  Takashi tagged in and began working over Tanahashi's leg before charging and drilling him in the corner.  he took Tanahashi down and continued working on the left leg.  Naito and Takashi elevated and slammed Tanahashi's knees to the mat.  Naito locked in a figure four but Tanahashi was able to make it to the ropes.

Tanahashi fired back on Naito and was able to nail the dragon screw neckbreaker.  He fought to get to his corner to make the tag.  Naito tagged in Takashi.  The story was that Naito wouldn't tag in Punishment Martinez.  Taguchi tagged in and cleaned house on Tanahashi with hip attacks in the corner.  He snapmared Takashi down and nailed another running hip attack for a two count.  Taguchi went for an anklelock but Tanahashi rolled and sent him into the corner.

Castle tagged in and worked over Tanahashi.  Martinez finally had enough and tagged himself in.  He and and Castle went back and forth with forearms, chops and punches.   Martinez missed a clothesline and was caught with a shot to the back.  Castle went for a back suplex and finally nailed it, bridging him over for a two count.

Team Tanahashi nailed a triple dropkick on Martinez.  Martinez fought his way out of the corner, including a spinning kick on Tanahashi.  He ascendedto the top and nailed a spinning kick.  He went for a chokeslam on Castle, but Dalton broke free and nailed a series of elbows.  Martinez avoided a charge in the corner and nailed a chokeslam as Castle rebounded off the turnbuckles, scoring the pin.

Your winners, Tetsuya Naito & Hiromu Takahashi & Punishment Martinez!

After the match, Naito and Takahashi teased showing respect to Martinez, but instead flipped him the bird and walked off.

Entertaining bout with some funny silliness and showboating and a good solid showing for Martinez as a way to build him for the future.

Katsuyori Shibata & Jay Lethal vs. Cody Rhodes & Hangman Page.

Cody and Shibata started off.  Cody was backed into the corner but Shibata broke clean.  Cody was full blown heel here, screaming at the crowd to shut up.  They went into some really nice back and forth wrestling.  Shibata snapmared him over and went to kick Cody to the back of the head but Cody moved at the last second.  Page tagged in, as did Lethal.  It's amazing the growth in Page over the last year when it comes to he carries himself in the ring.  Lethal tried to nail Cody in the corner, leaving himself open to be nailed from behind by Page.

Lethal nailed some offense but was cut off.  Page drilled him with a knee, followed by a senton.  Now that Lethal was on the defensive, Cody was willing to tag in.  He nailed Lethal but Lethal made a comeback with a series of rights.  Cody tried to slide out of the ring but was caught with a tope suicida to the floor.  Lethal worked him over on the floor and tossed him into the ring.  Page nailed a kick through the ropes on Lethal, allowed Cody to reground and clothesline Lethal on the floor.

Lethal was tossed back into the ring and worked over by Page and Cody, who tagged in and out.  Lethal was rudely tossed into the corner by Page.  Lethal was tossed into their corner.  Lethal tried to fire his way out with chops but was stunned by Rhodes.  Cody drilled him with a series of stomps and began working over Lethal's arm.   Cody stomped him and came off the ropes with another stomp.  Page nailed Shibata off the apron but was caught by Lethal with some shots.  Lethal missed an enziguiri and was caught with a Fall Away Slam into a bridge for a two count.

Cody tagged back in and worked over Jay.  The crowd rallied Jay, who fired back until he rebounded off the ropes and Page pulled the ropes don, sending him crashing to the floor.  Page hit a shooting star press off the apron onto Lethal.  Lethal was dumped back into the ring, setting up a hanging DDT off the ropes for a two count that was halted when Shibata broke it up.    Lethal finally caught Page with a kick and a spinning roundhouse to make the tag to Shibata.

Shibata and Cody faced off.  Shibata was nailed but blew it off like it was nothing and dared Cody to bring it.  Shibata went nose to nose with Cody and drilled him with a big forearm.  He peppered him with forearms and nailed a big dropkick in the corner.  Shibata locked in an abdominal stretch but Page broke it up.  Cody went for Cross Rhodes but Shibata broke free and nailed Page.  Rhodes took him down and cinched in an Indian Death Lock.  Lethal was able to break it up.

Cody charged Shibata, who caught and snapped him down with a STO and made the tag to Lethal.  Lethal and Page fought back and forth.  Lethal was sent into the ropes and hit a tope on Cody.  Page caught him in a Fireman's Carry but Lethal slipped out and went for a Lethal Injection. Page ducked and Cody went to nail Lethal with a Cross Rhodes.  Lethal slipped out and Shibata charged and hit the PK kick.  Cody and Shibata battled as Lethal nailed the Lethal Injection on Page and scored the pin.

Your winners, Katuyori Shibata and Jay Lethal!

Excellent match.  Page really shined here and came off like a badass, even in his loss.  Lethal looked great.  Shibata and Cody, in their exchanges, looked tremendous and man, do I want to see more of that rivalry.  Shibata's physical style just fed off of Rhodes' work and you could see they have a hell of a chemistry together as opponents.  Really enjoyed this a lot.
