WWE RAW REPORT: IS THE ROAD TO WRESTLEMANIA PAVED IN GOLD OR SOMETHING ELSE?, WHO IS THE TENTH IN THE DIVAS TAG MATCH?, AND MORE

By Richard Trionfo on 2016-03-28 23:00:00

We are in Brooklyn, New York and your announcers are Michael Cole, John Layfield, and Byron Saxton.

The gong sounds and the lights get blue as the Undertaker makes his way to the ring.

Undertaker says this Wrestlemania will not be his last.  He says he has made it clear to Vince McMahon that the blood of his son is on his hands, but Vince's blood very well may be on his.  Undertaker says he knows Shane McMahon will fight for his legacy until he draws his last breath.  Wrestlemania is his yard.  Hell in a Cell is his house.  At Wrestlemania, Shane McMahon will REST . . . IN . . . PEACE.

Shane McMahon's music plays and it is time for Shane to do the Shane-O Shuffle on the way to the stage.

Shane tells Undertaker Sunday at Wrestlemania they will tear each other apart because there is no other way to do it.  They control their own destinies.  Shane says that he is fighting to win while Taker is fighting not to lose.  Shane says that Taker is his Father's instrument of doom, but he is this company's instrument of change.  Whatever is left of this body will crawl into the ring the next night, and they are going to leave hell in the rear view mirror because he will be in charge of Monday Night Raw..

Shane says if he has to cement his legacy by destroying yours, he will do it.

Taker tells Shane he needs to watch his mouth.  You don't get to talk about his legacy.

Shane walks to the ring and says let's talk about legacies.

Shane mentions Wrestlemania two years ago when your legacy died.

Taker tells Shane you are just like your old man.  It figures because from the very day you were born, you have been your daddy's bitch.

Shane goes after Undertaker and he throws punches aplenty but Taker throws Shane over the top rope.  Taker sends Shane into the ringside barrier a few times.

Taker removes the items from the announce table.  Taker sets for a power bomb through the table but Shane escapes.  Shane with a kick and punches.  Shane gets a monitor and he hits Taker in the head with it.  Shane hits Taker with the monitor again and Shane looks at the ring and more specifically, the turnbuckles.  Shane climbs the turnbuckles and he hits the elbow drop onto the table and he goes through it along with Undertaker.

Shane gets up and surveys the damage.

Shane walks to the back but Taker sits up and Shane's music stops playing.  Taker stands up and he goes to that dark place and does the throat slash.  Shane counters by pointing at the Wrestlemania sign.

We go to commercial.

We are back with a Moments Ago Moment of what just happened between Shane McMahon and the Undertaker.

We see what happened when Chris Jericho confronted Zack Ryder during the kick off show.

Before the match starts, AJ Styles makes his way to the ring and he has something to say. AJ asks Chris if he is not going to give him the match.  AJ asks if Chris would rather sit out Wrestlemania than face him.  AJ says he is not leaving tonight until he gets the match he wants at Wrestlemania.  AJ stands next to the announcers.

Match Number One:  Zack Ryder versus Chris Jericho

Ryder wtih a rollup for a near fall.  Jericho with a back body drop that sends Ryder over the top rope to the floor.  Jericho with a baseball slide to Ryder and then Jericho hits Ryder with JBL's hat.  Jericho sends Ryder back into the ring and he kicks Ryder in the ribs.  Jericho with chops but Ryder with a kick and forearms.  Jericho chops and punches Ryder.  Jericho with an Irish whip but he runs into knees from Ryder.  Ryder with a missile drop kick followed by a running forearm into the corner.  Ryder with the Broski Boot set up but Jericho with a double leg take down.

Jericho sets for the Walls of Jericho but AJ starts a "Y2Jackass" chant.  Ryder with a rollup for the three count.

Winner:  Zack Ryder

After the match, Jericho gives Ryder a Codebreaker.  Styles gets into the ring and Jericho leaves the ring and he hits whatever is left at ringside with a chair.

Jericho says Styles can try to embarrass him in front of the morons and start a Y2Jackass chant.  You just kicked the hornet's nest you stupid ass.  If you want him at Wrestlemania?  Do you want the best in the world at Wrestlemania?  You want Jericho versus Styles . . . you got it.  You can wipe that stupid smile off your face.  Chris says this is his twelfth Wrestlemania.  He has won titles at Wrestlemania and he has bled at Wrestlemania.  He calls Styles a rookie and says this will be your last Wrestlemania.  It will be the worst night of his life.

Becky Lynch and Charlotte walk slowly in split screen as we go to commercial.

We are back and Sasha Banks is at the announce table for the next match.

Match Number Two:  Becky Lynch versus Charlotte (with Ric Flair) in a Non Title Match

Charlotte pushes Becky and Becky pushes back.  Becky with arm drags into an arm bar.  Charlotte with a knee but Becky with an Irish whip.  Charlotte flips to the apron and connects with a shoudler and Charlotte pulls Becky down by the hair.  Charlotte mocks Sasha from the apron as we go to commercial.

We are back and Charlotte with knees while she has Becky in a cravate.  Becky escapes but Charlotte with a kick.  Becky with an Irish whip and clotheslines.  Becky with a leg lariat and then she hits a running forearm into the corner.  Becky with an Exploder for a near fall.  Becky sets for the DisArmHer but Charlotte with a rollup for a near fall followed by a kick and chop for another near fall.

Becky kicks Charlotte off the turnbuckles and to the floor.  Sasha gets up as we see a new announce table.  Becky chases Charlotte around the ring and Charlotte gets back in but Becky is grabbed by Flair.  Charlotte with a kick and Natural Selection for the three count.

Winner:  Charlotte

Renee Young is in the interview area with Vince McMahon.  Renee asks Vince about what happened at the start of the show.  Vince says that was an inkling of what we will see at Wrestlemania.  Shane is not afraid of the Undertaker.  Shane will do anything to win.  When Undertaker said that Hell in a Cell was his house and Wrestlemania is his yard.  Shane does not want the house or the yard.  He wants the entire WWE Universe and he will do anything to get that.  He is not surprised at any of that.  All Shane has done is anger the Undertaker.  An angry Undertaker is the type of person he would want on his side.

Vince tells Shane if he was him, he would be on the other side of the Brooklyn Bridge.

Shane says that Vince thinks he is God and no one can run the company better than him.  On the very stage you created, he is going to take forty years of anger and frustration out and he will run Raw.  While you stole the company from your father, Shane says he will be taking it from his father.

We go to commercial.

We are back and the Andre the Giant trophy is at ringside.

The Social Outcasts are about to start talking, but Big Show's music stops them.

Match Number Three:  Big Show and Kane versus Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel (with Adam Rose and Heath Slater)

Axel and Kane start things off and Kane sends Axel to the mat.  Kane misses a splash into the corner.  Kane grabs Axel and then Dallas and Slater come in and the referee calls for the bell.

Winners:  Kane and Big Show (by disqualification)

After the match, a lot of wrestlers make their way to the ring to battle.  Eventually we get Kane, Big Show, and Mark Henry and Mark Henry is given a double choke slam by Kane and Big Show.  In case you missed it on Thursday, Kane and Big Show with double choke slams on the Social Outcasts.

We see what happened last week when Triple H picked up Stephanie only to have Roman Reigns appear outside the arena to stop their escape and the subsequent attack by Roman Reigns and subsequent screaming by Stephanie.

We go to commercial.
