1993 - WCW held their Superbrawl III Pay-per-view in Asheville, North Carolina at the Civic Center. Here are the results of the show, the first show run by Eric Bischoff and Ole Anderson after the departure of Bill Watts, which is considered to be one of the best top to bottom WCW show ever:

- 2 Cold Scorpio defeated Chris Benoit with one second left in their 20 minute time limit..
- Davey Boy Smith defeated Bill Irwin in his WCW debut.

- United States Champion Dustin Rhodes defeated Maxx Payne via disqualification.
- Barry Windham defeated The Great Muta to win the NWA World Heavyweight Title.
- WCW World Champion Big Van Vader defeated Sting in a "White Castle Of Fear" Leather Strap match.  The match was hyped with vignettes of Sting going into the mountains to find Vader and challenge him to the match, which turned out to just be a regular strap match. It also had nothing to do with square hamburgers.

1999 - WCW held their Superbrawl IX Pay-per-view in Oakland, California at the Oakland Arena. The show saw Rey Mysterio lose his mask in a tag match with Kevin Nash. Several days later, Mysterio was scheduled to have a mask vs. mask match with Psicosis in Mexico. When Mysterio unmasked in WCW, then showed up for his match with Psicosis wearing his mask, there was a huge outcry from fans who felt Mysterio was disgracing his career and reputation by wearing the mask again after losing it. - Kevin Nash & Scott Hall (subbing for Lex Luger) defeated Konnan & Rey Mysterio Jr. when Nash pinned Mysterio. As a result, Mysterio was forced to unmask, and would wrestle without his mask in the U.S. until the end of WCW. If Nash and Hall had lose, Miss Elizabeth would have had her head shaved bald.
- WCW World Television Champion Scott Steiner defeated Diamond Dallas Page.
- Scott Hall defeated Roddy Piper to win the United States Title.
- Bill Goldberg defeated Bam Bam Bigelow.
- WCW World Champion Hulk Hogan defeated Ric Flair.

2000 - Another chapter in the Monday Night Wars was written, as Nitro, headlined by Hulk Hogan defeating Lex Luger in a steel cage match, earned a 2.8 cable rating, while on Raw, a show main evented by Triple H, The Big Show & X-Pac vs. The Rock, Cactus Jack & Kane did a 5.9.

2006 - During the Smackdown taping in Richmond, Virginia, Smackdown General Manager Theodore R. Long announced that despite losing his Wrestlemania title opportunity to Randy Orton on No Way Out, Rey Mysterio would still get a chance to become World Champion, making World Champion Kurt Angle vs. Randy Orton vs. Rey Mysterio in a Triple Threat match at Wrestlemania.

2010 - WWE held their Elimination Chamber PPV, which featured a bizarre pyrotechnic mishap, as Undertaker's trench coat caught on fire as a flame effect used during his entrance went off near him. Undertaker quickly removed the coat and got into his pod for the Elimination Chamber match.  He (unseen by most fans) doused himself with water from bottles handed to him through the cage, as he suffered several skin burns from the incident, yet still worked the match.  Here is the original report from the show.
The broadcast began with a great video package bout how the Elimination Chamber was the opportunity for 12 men to try and earn a main event spot at Wrestlemania.

Michael Cole, Jerry Lawler and Matt Striker welcomed us to the show, and we're starting with an Elimination Chamber match.  We will try to do updates during the course of the match, as a new pod is opened very five minutes.

WWE Champion Sheamus vs. John Cena vs. Triple H vs. Randy Orton vs. Kofi Kingston vs. Ted DiBiase.

John Cena entered first, to a mixed reaction, and they noted he was one of only two men to retain a Championship in a Chamber match, Triple H being the other one.  Ted DiBiase, entering his first Chamber match, came out second.  Randy Orton was out next, also getting a mixed reaction.  Actually, he might have gotten less boos than Cena.  Orton stared at DiBiase, who was already in his pod, during his entrance.  Triple H was the fourth man out, to a big pop, and they noted he has won four out of five Chamber matches he has been in.  This means Kofi Kingston who came out fifth, and Sheamus, who came out sixth, will start the match.  Sheamus held the WWE Title bout in front of each man who was encased in a pod after entering the ring.

Sheamus immediately tried a pump kick at the bell, but Kofi ducked it and hit his own kicks, then a cross brodyblock.  Kofi hit a dropkick and went for an early cover.  Kofi applied an armbar and kicked Sheamus to the mat for another cover and a one count.  Sheamus came back with a kick to the gut and a knee to Kofi's head.  There was an "RKO" chant.  Kingston hit some forearms to Sheamus, kicked away a backdrop attempt, but ran into a Sheamus elbow.  Sheamus hit a shoulderblock.  They traded reversals on a hiptoss, and Sheamus sent Kingston over the top rope.  Kingston landed on the platform, hit an enzugiri, then a springboard bodypress for a two count.  Kofi kicked a charging Sheamus then went for a sunset flip, but Sheamus blocked it and pounded Kofi with right hands.  There was a small "Cena sucks" chant, then a "Cena" chant in response from others.  Sheamus and Kofi moved out of the ring onto the metal platform.  Kofi hit some kicks, but Sheamus shoved Kofi back first into the connectors to the turnbuckle.  Kofi fell back into the ring, where Sheamus hit a backbreaker for a two count.  Sheamus hit a kneedrop, and stomped Kofi as the first pod countdown began.

Triple H entered the match.

Triple H smiled as his pod opened.  He got in the ring and went nose to nose with Sheamus.  Kofi was lying on a platform outside the ring.  They shoved, and Triple H unloaded with punches.  Sheamus battled back with shots, but Triple H hit a jumping knee and followed with a kneedrop for two.  Triple H hit a clothesline in a corner, then pounded Sheamus down.  Triple H stomped him, then hit a short arm clothesline for a two count. Triple H took Sheamus onto the platform, then went to throw him into the chain wall, but Sheamus blocked it.  Sheamus tried, and Triple H blocked it.  Triple H clotheslined Sheamus back into the ring.  Sheamus booted Triple H and went for a powerbomb, but Triple H floated out and hit a DDT for a two count.  Kofi got on the top rope and went for a bodypress on HHH.  Triple H ducked, and Kofi hit Sheamus instead for a two count.  Kofi chopped and kicked HHH and Sheamus, then whipped them together.  Kofi punched Sheamus in a corner, then hit a flying clothesline.  Triple H rolled to a platform, and Kofi hit a slingshot double legdrop on Triple H on the steel platform.  As Kofi got up, Sheamus clotheslined him, and pulled him into the ring for a two count. Sheamus kicked Kofi and HHH as the next countdown took place.

Randy Orton entered the match.

Orton attacked Sheamus and pounded him down in a corner, then stomped Triple H repeatedly.  Orton forearmed Kofi to the mat, then stomped Sheamus, while an "RKO" chant started up.  Orton kneedropped Triple H, then gave one to Sheamus for a two count.  Orton threw Sheamus to the platform, then kicked HHH in the gut.  Orton went to the platform and threw Sheamus into the chain wall over and over.  Orton then did the same to Triple H, using the ring ropes to bounce him into the metal.  Orton stomped Sheamus, then punched Triple H.  Kofi Kingston, from the top rope, dove onto Orton, HHH and Sheamus on the platform.  Orton rolled into the ring, and Kofi went for a springboard, but Orton hit him with a dropkick for a two count.  Orton raked his boot laces across Kingston's face, then stomped him.  Triple H got in and hit Orton with some punches.  Triple H gave Orton a facebuster on a knee, but Orton came right back with a scoop powerslam.  Everyone was down but Orton.  Orton measured Triple H for an RKO.  Triple H shoved it off, and we went into a sequence where Triple H, Orton and Kofi were going for their finishers.  None were successful, and Orton threw HHH and Kofi over the top rope onto the platform.  Orton went for Sheamus, who threw Orton into the corner as the next countdown took place.

Ted DiBiase entered the match.

DiBiase tossed Kofi over the top rope onto the platform.  DiBiase gave HHH some fistdrops, then approached Orton, who was sitting in a corner.  DiBiase offered Orton his hand and helped him up.  DiBiase and Orton double teamed HHH in a corner, stomping him down.  Then they moved to Sheamus and beat him down.  Orton tossed Sheamus shoulder first into the ringpost.  Orton and DiBiase took Kofi Kingston and put his head through the spaces in the chain wall, and twisted his neck against the chains.  DiBiase put Kofi in a Boston Crab, choking him on the chains, while Orton stomped him.  Triple H fired some punches at Orton, but DiBiase soon cut him off and they double teamed him again.  DiBiase and Orton took HHH to a platform and threw him back first into the chain wall twice.  Orton set up for the elevated DDT on HHH, but DiBiase stopped him and told him to do it on the steel platform instead.  Orton planted Triple H with the elevated DDT on the platform. Orton and DiBiase stood by the door to John Cena's pod as the countdown started.

John Cena entered the match.

Cena exploded out of the pod with punches, knocking DiBiase down on the platform.  Cena took Orton into the ring and hit a shoulderblock, back suplex and a Five Knuckle Shuffle.  Cena gave DiBiase a Throwback and a top rope Rocker Dropper.  Cena picked up DiBiase for an Attitude Adjustment, swung his legs into Orton, then threw DiBiase over the top rope and onto the platform with the move.  Orton grabbed Cena and sent him over the opposite set of ropes.  Orton then went to throw Cena into the cage, but Cena reversed it and threw Orton in.  Cena got in the ring and put DiBiase in an STF, but Orton broke it up and gave Cena a side backbreaker.  Orton measured Cena for an RKO.  Cody Rhodes threw a steel pipe in the ring, but Orton waved him off.  DiBiase picked up the pipe.  Orton went for the RKO on Cena, but Cena blocked it and went for an Attitude Adjustment.  DiBiase charged with the pipe and hit Orton in the head with it then hit Cena in the gut with it.  The announcers wondered if DiBiase had hit Orton by accident or not.  DiBiase looked at both men, then covered Orton and pinned him.

Randy Orton is eliminated.

Cody Rhodes left, annoyed at what he had done.  DiBiase stared at Orton as Orton was forced to leave, and he smiled a bit.  Kofi Kingston reentered the ring, fighting with Sheamus. Kofi then nailed DiBiase with the Trouble In Paradise kick for the pin.

Ted DiBiase is eliminated.

Sheamus hit Kofi Kingston with a pump kick and a crucifix bomb for the pin.

Kofi Kingston is eliminated.

Sheamus went to work on John Cena with kicks and punches.  Cena grabbed Sheamus for an Attitude Adjustment, but Sheamus battled out and hit a backbreaker, then a powerslam.  Sheamus then hung Cena to the Tree Of Woe and drove some knees into his body.  Sheamus went for a crucifix bomb on Cena, but Triple H got in and hit Sheamus with a low blow.  Triple H then hit Sheamus with a Pedigree for the pin.

Sheamus is eliminated.

John Cena and Triple H were both slow to get to their feet, and before Triple H could get up, Cena jumped onto him and applied an STF.  Triple H crawled for the ropes, but couldn't make it, and Triple H tapped slowly over and over at the 31 minute mark.

Triple H is eliminated.

Winner and new WWE Champion: John Cena.

Vince McMahon's music hit.  McMahon walked out and said John Cena would be going to Wrestlemania, as soon as he defends his title against... this man.  Batista's music hit.

WWE Champion John Cena vs. Batista.

Cena could barely get to his feet as Batista got in the ring. Batista smiled, and Cena threw a punch to his head.  Batista stepped back, then charged Cena and hit a spear. He delivered a Batista Bomb for the pin in under a minute.

Winner and new WWE Champion: Batista.

After some replays were aired, they showed John Cena walking away from the ring, stopping to stare at the Wrestlemania sign.

They discussed the Bret Hart accident from last Monday on Raw.

Intercontinental Champion Drew McIntyre vs. Kane.

McIntyre entered first, and unlike a lot of Kane opponents, didn't leave the ring or cower from the pyro entrance.  He just casually leaned on the ropes when they went off.  They went right at it with punches a the bell, with Kane decking McIntyre and pounding him in the corner.  Kane snapmared McIntyre and hit a dropkick, then sidemared him to the mat and applied a headlock.  McIntyre shoved it off and Kane hit a shoulderblock and reapplied the headlock.  Kane hit a neckbreaker for a two count.  Kane missed a charge in the corner, and McIntyre hit a series of clotheslines in a corner.  Kane came back with a right hand, decking McIntyre.  Kane beat down McIntyre, but missed a back elbow.  McIntyre kicked at Kane's left knee.  Kane backdropped McIntyre to the apron, and McIntyre grabbed Kane's arm and yanked it across the top rope.  McIntyre kicked the knee and hit an armbreaker, then applied an armbar.

Kane got to his feet as McIntyre moved into a top wristlock.  Kane shoved McIntyre to the ropes and sent him over them to the floor.  McIntyre got back in, and Kane went for a backdrop.  McIntyre kicked it away and hit an armbreaker for a two count, then went back to the armbar.  Kane punched out of it, and went for a backdrop.  McIntyre blocked it and went for the DDT, but Kane escaped and hit a boot to the face.  Kane hit a clothesline in a corner, then ran into a back elbow.  McIntyre went to the middle rope, but jumped into a Kane punch for a two count.  Kane hit McIntyre with a side slam for a two count.  Kane hit a top rope clothesline, then called for the chokeslam.  McIntyre floated out of it and went to the ring apron, but Kane shoved McIntyre into the ringpost and kicked him to the floor.

Kane tossed McIntyre into the ring and stomped him.  McIntyre rolled out and acted like he was leaving.  Kane gave chase, but McIntyre turned and punched him.  McIntyre went to throw Kane into the guard rail, but Kane blocked it and tossed McIntyre into the rail.  Kane hit some punches and threw McIntyre back into the ring.  Kane went for the chokeslam, but McIntyre was in the ropes.  The referee went to separate them, and McIntyre stuck a thumb in Kane's eye.  McIntyre hit Kane with the Future Shock DDT for the pin at the ten minute mark.

Maryse vs. Gail Kim in the finals of the Diva Championship tournament.

Before they could lock up, Vickie Guerrero came out, to monster heat.  Vickie complained about the way the Raw Divas have been disparaging the Smackdown Divas.  Vickie said she was postponing the Diva Championship match, and instead was making a tag match with Kim & Maryse vs. Michelle McCool & Layla.  Well, I guess we'll be waiting longer for that match now!

Winners: Michelle McCool & Layla.

McCool & Layla left, and Maryse got in the ring and pulled Kim up off the mat, then gave her a DDT.  It was rather quiet for all of this.

John says that maybe he was excited to see Rock last week, but after looking at it again, he was making fun of him. Cena suggests that he should respond to The Rock. Cena says that if he goes there and calls him out, there is only one way to do it.

Cena says that he hasn’t done it in a long time, but he says that he still has a degree in Thugamonics. Cena says that they have to do it tonight. He says that he has to send a message to the Rock or he won’t be able to focus on Miz and Wrestlemania.

Cena says that he is going to do this once.

Cena clears his throat to get into the right Thugamonic tone.

Finally the Rock came back and everyone was getting with it.
Till he said I was talking trash, but he was never specific.
It was because I wasn’t talking trash Rock, I was talking truth.
You left us hanging high and dry to play a fairy with a tooth.
And then you walk into this ring and say that I’m lame man?
He wore lipstick in Get Shorty and rocked a skirt for the Game Plan.
This Fruity Pebble that you are dealing with . . .
I’m not the average jabroni.
I’m like a big purple pinwheel so go ahead and blow me.
And you’re electrifying, yes.
But hang with me, that’s just absurd.
Now you gotta tell your family
That you got schooled by Barney’s turd.
Cena says that’s Rock material, you can have the joke back.
Just don’t go racing to Witch Mountain because your mountain is Brokeback.
The Rock’s new movie well, it’s nothing like Walking Tall.
He spends all movie in a bowling alley polishing my balls.
The People’s Champ, he’s never with the people.
Rock, you’re words are see through.
You imitate me every time you leave.
For seven years we couldn’t see you.
Is it Rock or is it Dwayne.
Pick a side come on son.
If I was you I would stick with Rock
Because Dwayne ain’t got a John. . . son.
You’ll see me at Wrestlemania.
Well then I’ll make sure not to miss it.
You ain’t gonna whip my candy ass.
I’ll make sure you kiss it.
You’re the Wrestlemania Host Rock.
That’s your role, so know it.
You tell these people you love em
I’m here every week to show em
That’s called a first round knockout and now you know I’m not playing.
Run your mouth all you want dude, it doesn’t matter what you’re saying.

Cena leaves the ring and walks to the back.

Cole and Josh talk about the interview that Cole is going to have with Jerry Lawler. Cole says that he is going to let bygones be bygones and assume his role as a broadcast journalist.

We go to commercial.

We are back with the Slam of the Week: CM Punk attacking John Morrison a few weeks ago on Raw.

Morrison walks gingerly to the ring for his match but he can still pose in slow motion.

Punk takes his time walking to the ring, but is he simply mocking Morrison or is he showing the effects of last night’s match.

We see photos from last night’s Chamber Match and Punk’s leg.

After the match, CM Punk demands a microphone to address the crowd.

Punk calls out Randall Keith Orton and wants to know where he is. Punk says that he is standing in the middle of his ring and he has decided to give his Nexus the night off. Punk promises Orton that this is not a set up. Punk says that people make decisions that affect other people’s lives day in and day out. These people decided to buy a ticket to see him.

On September 7, 2008, Randall decided to punt him in the skull. It rendered him unable to defend his World Title. A few twists and turns aside and it leads them to today. Now Randall has the most important decision of his life to make. The bright lights of Wrestlemania are not in his future. Just walk away. Punk says that Orton does not deserve to be at Wrestlemania. It is either because he is too crippled to compete because he finished what Orton started. Or he is not going because he cares about his physical well being. That will be the case if he shows up next week. He tells Randall to walk away. If he shows up next week, he will turn him upside down and pour his heart out on the mat.

Randy Orton comes through the crowd and he attacks CM Punk. Orton tries for the RKO but Punk gets out of the ring and crawls to safety on the ramp.

Nexus comes out to be the Berlin Wall for CM Punk.

We have a stare down as we go to commercial.

We are back and Did You Know that a lot of autographs will be signed during Wrestlemania Axxess?

Ricardo Rodriguez is in the ring so that means that Alberto Del Rio is about to drive into the building, but you already knew that.

Miz and Alex Riley are walking in the back as we go to commercial.

We are back and the Miz comes out. He says that last week everyone embarrassed themselves. He saw grown men leaping up and down like little girls over a man. That man was the Rock. Miz says that back in 1999, he remembered sitting in his dad’s living room electrify. He watched him rip his opponents verbally. Miz says that he enjoyed hearing Rock mention his name. Then he heard Rock say that he sucks. Really? Is that the best that the Rock can do? The best talker in sports entertainment says that he sucked. He says that he heard kindergartners come back with better insults. Miz says that he is hurt to hear that the fans think he sucks. He will look at his tears in his title belt. While Rock hosts Wrestlemania, he will be beating John Cena.

Miz says that John Cena and Rock have one thing in common. They are cultural icons and everyone love them for that. Miz says that he does not care what people have to say about him. He wants to take this one step further. . .

IT DOESN’T MATTER what you people think because he is the most must see champion and he asks if everyone sees him. Miz says that he is AWESOME.

Something that isn’t awesome makes its presence known and the General Manager summons Cole to Mount Markov.

Enough about the Rock. He will deal with him when he is ready. Since the Rock and Sock connection was a formidable tag team, the World Tag Titles will be defended against Miz and his partner, John Cena.

We go to commercial.

We are less than three minutes until everything is revealed.

We are back and we are less than 30 seconds to finding out who is in the rainy cabin.

It is time to find out who or what it is and . . .

It’s the Undertaker.

If you didn’t realize it, we hear the gong. The SYMBOL is in the ring as Taker makes his way down the ramp.

Taker removes his hat and it is still him.

Not to be outdone, it is Game Time as Triple H makes his way into the arena and he has his bottle of water for the almost year long GameFountain drought. Hunter does not disappoint with a GameFountain for the ages.

Triple H stares at a motionless Undertaker and then he poses on the turnbuckles.

The music stops and the fans appear to be happier that Triple H is there than Undertaker.

We have a stare down for the ages and not a word is uttered between the two men.

We see a camera angle of the Wrestlemania sign in the background and they both stare at the sign. Is this foreshadowing something? Do they like big shiny signs with lots of colors?

Taker puts his hat back on and walks away. He stops halfway across the ring and then he returns to Hunter and does the throat slash.

Triple H decides to return volley with a crotch chop and it is on.

Taker’s lip starts to quiver while Hunter stares a hole through the man who retired his DX partner.

We go to commercial.

Daniel Bryan is with Gail Kim and he says that it is okay that she lost.

Sheamus comes by and asks what is so funny. He threatens to rip off Bryan’s head and then Bryan and Sheamus stare each other down until Sheamus leaves.

It is now time to talk about the Hall of Fame. Who will join Shawn Michaels in the Hall of Fame this year?

Hacksaw Jim Duggan is your next Hall of Famer.

Jim Duggan will be inducted by his fellow UWF alumnus Ted DiBiase.

Michael Cole enters the ring and he says that in a few moments he will be interviewing Jerry Lawler. Cole says that some might think that they will fight, but it won’t happen because if they touch, they will be fired. Cole says that he will handle this interview as the broadcast journalist he is. He says that he is better than Gordon Solie ever was. He is better than Gorilla Monsoon, and better than Jim Ross. Cole says that he is better than Jerry Lawler. Cole says that he is a war correspondent and he will put those skills on display when he interviews Jerry Lawler.

We go to commercial while Cole genuflects in front of his accomplishments.

We are back and the crowd tells Cole that he sucks before Cole introduces Jerry Lawler.

Cole says that it has been a rough 24 hours for Jerry so he wants to ask Jerry what it was like to get ready for his WWE title match on Sunday knowing that he had a chance to go to Wrestlemania. Did he have butterflies or was he nervous.

Jerry takes a page out of the Triple H and Undertaker playbook and he says nothing.

Cole asks Lawler how it felt to realize that his dreams were going to be shattered when he was going to lose to the most must see Champion the Miz. Did Jerry finally think that it was time to retire and that Cole was right and that he would hang up his boots for good.

Lawler says even less this time.

Cole asks Jerry what it felt like when the referee made the three count when he was staring at the lights and into the heavens when he realized that his deceased mother . . . no disrespect. . . and when his Wrestlemania dreams were ended and he let his mother down.

Lawler thinks about it and he grabs Cole by the throat and Cole has a very scared look on his face.

The Corre is walking in the back because they are Smackdown Superstars (even though two are the Tag Champs) and we go to commercial.

We are back with a Moments Ago Moment of Michael Cole emptying his beverage in Jerry Lawler’s face only to run like a girl (Josh’s words).

2013 - TNA broadcast Impact Wrestling.  Stu Carapola filed the following TV report:

Welcome to the Impact Wrestling Report on PWInsider.com!

We start off with a series of clips from last week's show, then we head to London for one final evening in the UK. Hulk Hogan comes out to start the show and say he's got some tough choices to make, but things didn't pan out the way he thought they would because Aces & Eights screwed up his #1 contender decision. But it turned out to be a good thing, because it gave him an entire week to think about who the #1 contender should be, and he decided that the man who rose above everyone else and proved himself to be the man for the job is the new #1 contender, and that man is...Bully Ray. Bubba comes out of the back looking confused, and he doesn't know what to say and asks Hogan if he knows he's hurt after tearing his quad a couple of weeks ago, but Hogan says he's the toughest SOB in the company. Bubba thanks Hulk because there were so many guys fighting in the ring last night who deserve the shot more than he did, and all he ever wanted was Hulk's respect. Marrying Brooke was the greatest day of his life, and now he wants to make everyone happy by becoming the World Champion. Bubba says they've got bigger things to worry abouty now, so he suggests that tonight's main event ought to be a six man tag with Aces & Eights taking on Bubba, Sting, and...Hulk Hogan himself! Hogan says he's got a deal as Mike Tenay reminds us that we haven't seen Hulk in the ring since Bound For Glory 2011.

Bobby Roode and Austin Aries are backstage complaining about how Chavo and Hernandez screwed them up last week, but then Christopher Daniels & Frankie Kazarian copme in to congratulate them for beating Chavo and Hernandez before they did. Daniels says he's the ring general and to follow his lead out there, but then Aries and Roode start arguing with each other over whose lead everyone should follow.

James Storm, Joseph Park, Chavo Guerrero Jr & Hernandez vs Bobby Roode, Austin Aries, Christopher Daniels & Frankie Kazarian

Fortune explodes! Daniels and Storm start us off, and Storm immediately gets the advantage and dumps Daniels to the floor. Roode sneaks in from behind and knocks Storm out to the floor, leading to a brawl between Daniels, Kazarian, Chavo, and Hernandez. Chavo and Hernandez whip Daniels and Kazarian into Park, and both bounce off of him and roll to the floor as we go to commercial.

We're back, and Kazarian is in trouble as he gets caught in the wrong corner and quadruple teamed. Kazarian tries a crossbody on Park and simply bounces off of him, but Daniels comes in and clips Park's knee so Kazarian can drag him to the heel corner for some of their own group exercises. Roode and Aries argue with each other while double teaming Park, but the heel team holds it together until Park takes Daniels and Kazarian out with a double clothesline. They try to tag Roode and Aries in, but the champions walk off and head to the back, leaving Daniels and Kazarian high and dry as Storm tags in and goes to town on both men. Chavo hits a frogsplash on Daniels and a spinning backbreaker on Kazarian, then Storm tags in and lays Kazarian out with the Last Call. Park tags in and hits the second rope splash on Kazarian for the win.

Winners: James Storm, Joseph Park, Hernandez & Chavo Guerrero Jr

Good match, but I think they could have had a real classic with another ten minutes or so.

We look back at last week when Robbie E was embarrassed by Rockstar Spud, then we're off to the ring for...RETRIBUTION.

Robbie E vs Rockstar Spud

Robbie jumps Spud before he's ready and yells bro stuff at him, but Spud baseball slides between Robbie's legs and hits a dropkick. Spud charges into Robbie's boot, Robbie goes to the second rope and comes off with an elbowsmash for 2. Spud catches Robbie unawares with a DDT and hits a series of clotheslines, then goes up top, throws the metal sign, and misses a top rope legdrop. Robbie tries to grab the clipboard from Robbie T, but T refuses to let it go. E spends so much time arguing with him that Spud is able to sneak in with a twisting victory roll for the win.

Winner: Rockstar Spud

Robbie E chews out T yet again after the match and makes the mistake of slapping T in the face. E doesn't seem to realize what he's done until T slowly turns back around, tears his shirt off, and E frantically backs his way through the ropes and hightails it up the ramp as T roars at him with a really angry look on his face.

Jesse is backstage giving Tara a pep talk as she prepares to defend the Knockouts Title...NEXT!

Knockouts Title Match: Tara vs Velvet Sky vs Brooke Tessmacher vs Gail Kim

And of course, Brooke Hogan and her crappy entrance music are at ringside to make sure nothing screwy happens. Yes, because she is obviously an expert at detecting subversive activity. We're at commercial.

Okay, we're back and it's elimination rules as Jesse is ejected from ringside. Tara hits an electric chair on Tessmacher as Brooke and Gail go at it, but Tara joins Gail in a 2-on-1 against Velvet. Tara hits a twisting side suplex on Velvet, but Gail breaks it up at 2 and she argues with Tara over who gets to beat Velvet. This progresses to a shoving match and then a slugfest that ends in Tara backdropping Gail into next week. Gail dodges a charge in the corner and gets yanked to the floor by Tessmacher, but Gail gets ahold of her and goes for an atomic crotch on the ringpost. Tessmacher kicks off the post and bulldogs Gail on the floor, then she joins Velvet in a double team on Tara. Tara gets knocked out to the apron and hangs Velvet up on the top rope, then rolls back in and drops Tessmacher's throat on the ropes as well. Tara goes for a moonsault on Tessmacher and connects, but she seems to hurt herself on the way down and Velvet hits her with In Your Face. Gail comes in and dumps Velvet to the floor and cradles Tara for 3.

Tara is eliminated.

So we're guaranteed a new champion tonight as Gail and Tessmacher battle on the top rope. Velvet comes over and grabs Gail in a powerbomb as Gail tries to suplex Tessmacher and it's the Tower of Doom! Velvet covers Gail for 2, then covers Tessmacher for 2. Tessmacher tries an O'Connor roll on Velvet, but Velvet reverses and catches a fall on Tessmacher.

Miss Tessmacher is eliminated.

Gail whips Velvet to the corner, but Velvet gets her feet up on a charge by Gail and comes out strong with a pair of clotheslines and a flying headscissors. Gail with a dropkick to Velvet and she tries a cradle while holding the ropes, but Taryn Terrell catches her and stops counting. Gail gets in Terrell's face, then goes back after Velvet with kicks to the ribs. Gail charges Gail in the corner, Velvet tries a Jack Brisco sunset flip, Gail holds the ropes, and Terrell kicks Gail off the ropes and flat on her ass. Velvet hits In Your Face on Gail, and we have a new Knockouts Champion!

Winner and NEW Knockouts Champion: Velvet Sky

Excellent match, and a nice feelgood moment for Velvet, who had a pretty long road back to this.

Bubba and Sting are backstage gettingt ready, Bubba wants to make sure Hulk's cool with all this, and Sting says he's fine and they're going to make sure that Lockdown doesn't even happen.

Mike Tenay informs us that cameras are being sent to AJ Styles' house, and we'll have an update on him next week. We then go to a video package looking at the history of Kurt Angle, Samoa Joe, Garett Bischoff, and Wes Brisco...again...then we go to the ring for our next match.

Garett Bischoff vs Samoa Joe

Please tell me Joe isn't going to have to put this kid over. Garett tries to turn the match into a track meet, running from Joe and ducking out to the floor to try and get in Joe's head. Garett finally slides in and tries to cheapshot Joe, but winds up on the receiving end of some hard jabs. Garett goes to the eyes and clips Joe's knee, then starts working over Joe's leg and tying him up in a leg grapevine. Joe slaps the taste out of Garett's mouth and connects with more jabs, but Garett goes back to the eyes, clips Joe again, and chokes him on the mat. Joe catches Garett with a back elbow, a series of clotheslines, an inverted atomic drop, a running boot, and a senton. Joe with the facewash on Garett, then he sets up for the Muscle Buster, but Wes Brisco runs in and the referee calls for the DQ.

Winner: Samoa Joe by DQ

Joe takes Wes out, but Garett clips his knee again and they double team Joe. Kurt Angle runs out to make the save and Brisco and Garett hit the bricks again. Kurt gets a microphone and tells Wes he got him the contract and now he's glad he did, because the pain he's going to inflict on him will be 100% legal. At Lockdown, it's Angle vs Brisco one-on-one in a steel cage!

X Division Title Match: Rob Van Dam vs Kenny King

King jumps Van Dam before the bell and dumps him right out to the floor where he chokes him out on the guardrail. King rolls RVD inside and covers for 2, but RVD slips out of the corner on a charge attempt and unloads with some kicks. RVD goes to the second rope, but King grabs his ankle and yanks him down onto the mat and covers for 2. King hits a high leg lariat for 2, RVD tries a back elbow to the ribs, but King yanks him down by the ponytail and covers for 2. King with a low snap suplex, rolls through for some mounted punches, then covers for 2. King with a seated abdominal stretch, RVD escapes and hits a double leg lariat that knocked King on his butt. RVD with another kick and some clotheslines, he does the pointing at the back thing and goes for the rolling monkey flip, King lands on his feet and hits Shotgun Knees, goes for the Royal Flush and doesn't quite hit it clean, and RVD is out at 2. RVD takes King down and hits Rolling Thunder, goes up top and hits the five star frogsplash, and RVD retains again.

Winner: Rob Van Dam

Hulk Hogan is backstage telling Brooke that there's no turning back now. Brooke asks him if he needs to do this, and Hogan says he's been pushed around and humiliated, and he needs to do this for their family. Brooke kisses him goodbye, and the main event is up next!

We go to a video package where Jeff Hardy somehow already has an interview filmed discussing Bully Ray as his next challenger even though he's supposed to be back hom in North Carolina recovering from his knee injury. Word travels fast, I guess.

Whatever. IT'S MAIN EVENT TIME! Well, we thought it was, anyway. Hogan's music plays but he doesn't make it out to the ring and it seems we have a handicap MAIN EVENT!!!

Devon, Doc & Ken Anderson vs Bully Ray & Sting

Aces & Eights works Sting and Bubba over, but Bubba takes Devon and Anderson out with a double clothesline, Sting hits a Stinger Splash on Doc, then he takes Devon out with a clothesline. Aces & Eights powders out to the floor as we go to commercial.

We're back, and Bubba is in trouble as he takes a 3-on-1 beating from Aces & Eights. Devon gives Bubba a tongue lashing as he puts the boots to his former partner, and Bubba fights valiantly, but is caught in the Aces & Eights corner. Devon gets a rear chinlock on Bubba, Bubba fights free but winds up back in trouble when Anderson comes in and nails him. Bubba finally spears Devon to create an opening and makes the hot tag to Sting. Sting cleans house on all three opponents and hits the Deathdrop on Doc, but Anderson breaks the cover at 2. Sting and Bubba set up for WHAZZUP on Anderson, but then Garett Bischoff, Wes Brisco, Mike Knox, and the Vice President drag Hulk and Brooke Hogan out of the back, and it looks like Hulk has taken a bit of a beating. Bubba chases Aces & Eights to the back, leaving Sting completely alone. Sting has Devon in the Scorpion Deathlock, but Doc comes in and drills Sting with a big boot for the win.

Winners: Aces & Eights

The entire Aces & Eights gang beat Sting down in the ring as Bubba comes back out to the ramp to check on Hulk and Brooke, and Aces & Eights is standing tall as we call it a week.

Thanks for reading the Impact Wrestling Report here on PWInsider.com, I'll be back tomorrow to discuss Impact and more with Dave Scherer on the Stu & Pid Show!

2014 - Ring of Honor held their 12th Anniversary show.  Mike Johnson filed the following live report:

Welcome to PWInsider.com's live, ongoing ROH 12th Anniversary coverage from Philadelphia, PA at the National Guard Armory. I'll be doing ongoing coverage while Stu Carapola provides running thoughts from the show.

They opened the show with Caprice Coleman defeating the debuting Amasis, who has worked CHIKARA and CZW in the past as part of the Osirian Portal. They had a good back and forth which Coleman won. We were setting up so I only saw some of it, but it was good.

ROH was dealyt some issues thanks to the weather in the Northeast. Matt Hardy's flight from Raleigh, NC was canceled after multiple postponements and won't be making it. Bobby Cruise's flight was also canceled so ROH was down a ring announcer as well.

Kevin Kelly came out and welcomed everyone to the show and asked that the crowd please remember they are taping for TV to make it easier for the production. Steve Corino was brought out and explained that Bobby Cruise wasn't there. He said he had a solution. The crowd chanted for Larry Legend. Corino said he couldn't reach him, and brought out Scarlett Bordeauxx, who is ultra-hot and is, I believe, making her debut as a ring announcer.

They did a ten bell salute for Ryu Nakata.

Matt Taven vs. Silas Young

Obviously Matt Hardy isn’t here. He posted a Youtube video from the airport apologizing.

Solid match with some good power spots. With Hardy not able to make it, they decided to showcase Rowe as a potential future player and Elgin did a good job of that. I think this may have gone a little too long, but you can’t deny they gave a really good effort.

They shook hands after the match. ROH champ Adam Cole hit the ring and tried to attack Elgin. Rowe stopped him and Elgin grabbed him and went for a powerbomb but Mike Bennett attacked him from behind. Bennet and Cole worked over Rowe and Elgin but Jay Briscoe made the save. Just an awesome match from bell to bell. TNA’s loss was absolutely ROH’s gain, in both of their case.

Styles and Lethal hugged after. The crowd chanted “ROH.”

Homicide and Eddie Kingston came out. He said that they were suspended and blamed the fans and Sinclair for making them soft. He said that they all suck and would rather show a “rat” on TV (pointing out Scarlett Bordeauxx) then them. He promised they aren’t going anywhere and said sooner or later, they would have a new member. The promo got some heat but I don’t think it really clicked 100%.

ROH champion Adam Cole vs. Chris Hero.

Hero and Cole had a feeling out process early. Cole shoulderblocked Hero down but was then kicked down as he went for a leapfrog. He went to do it again and Cole left the ring and said “Time out.” Cole tried to fake him out but ended up eating a big boot on the floor.

The crowd was mocking Cole when Kevin Steen’s music hit and he came to the ring. He told Cole that he will see him very soon. He suggested that several people leave. He said it wasn’t a ROH show anymore but The Kevin Steen Show. He said he wanted his guest to come out, not for an interview but to get his ass kicked. Compton went for the ladder airplane spin but Steen kicked him low and nailed the package piledriver for the pin.

Your winner Kevin Steen!

A fun brawl. From a pure wrestling standpoint, this was the weakest thing on a really strong show but it was totally different from everything else as there was a clear babyface vs. heel feel and lots of plunder.

Kevin Steen took the mic and said that Compton was the craziest SOB he’s ever seen. The crowd chanted, “That was awesome.” Steen said that now that that was over with “and it better be”, he wanted the ROH title. He said he was champion for 11 months, but the fact is….

Out came Homicide and Eddie Kingston. He said he beat both of them in title matches. Homicide said no but Steen said to watch the tapes, :”and I said tapes because you can’t own a DVD player.” He swore he was going to win it again and that was a promise because he’s a man of his word. He praised ROH on its anniversary and thanked everyone

Homicide and Kingston mocked Steen more and left. Steen said that he would see everyone tomorrow and then when ROH returned to Philly, he would be ROH champion.

That’s all from Philly!

2015 - WWE NXT ran Cocoa Beach, Florida.  Andrew Twiss filed the following report:

Here are the results from NXT Live in Cocoa Beach, FL for 2/21/15

- Chad Gable def. Michael Carter. Basic match. Gable looks really fluid in the ring. Given some time, he might turn out to be a major player.

- Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady w/Carmella def. Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder. Really entertaining match with lots of Enzo comedy spots, including a point where he called himself Sugar Ray Amore and challenged Dawson to a boxing match. Enzo won with the rocket launcher.

- The Vaudevillains came out to their old music and cut a promo saying that Blake and Murphy were not gentlemanly in how they tried to steal Carmella. They promise to show Blake and Murphy what it's like to be manly.

- Solomon Crowe def. Jason Jordan. Solid match. It was the best I've seen of Jordan in the ring. Crowe won with the leg lock.

- Baron Corbin def. Tyler Breeze by countout when Tyler refused to reenter the ring.  Match never totally got any flow. Just when it was picking up steam, Tyler got counted out.

- Bayley def. Becky Lynch. Another good bout from the women. There was a definite split in the crowd between these two. Becky is getting a lot more love lately. Bayley won with the Bayley to Belly.

- Finn Balor def. Hideo Itami. Another solid match between these two. They are just so crisp in the ring. Finn wins with the top rope stomp.

- Wesley Blake and Buddy Murphy def. The Vaudevillains. There was some confusion on the Vaudevillains' music. They first played the newer music by mistake and thenwent back to the original music. The Vaudevillains were the faces for this match, and along with their old music, it suits the gimmick so much better. This was a really fun match and the best of both teams I've seen in a bit. Blake won with the Frog Splash on Gotch.

- Kevin Owens def. Adrian Neville. Really good match. Kevin Owens is so good as a heel. Just a great way to close the show.

Notes:

- There was a meet and greet before the show with Charlotte, Hideo Itami, and Solomon Crowe.

- The show was a complete sellout and plenty of standing room only tickets sold.

- Michael Carter has held a couple of different names with NXT, including Digg Rawlis and Michael Rallis. He has been working a few shows now in the last few months.  He is also a dead ringer for Lucky Cannon, only bigger.

- It seems Tyler Breeze missed his cue to enter as it took a while for him to come out. At one point Rich Brennan went back behind the curtain to see what was up.

- Greg Hamilton was our host for the evening and they gave away a signed NXT shirt to one lucky fan based on their social media activity during the night.

- I did not hear if they announced the next date for Cocoa Beach.
