With Wrestling being your journalistic profession, what amount of money would it cost you to lay way to your integrity? I would say MY life. That's how much I trust your reporting.
Thanks for the kind words. I would never sell my integrity because it's just not the kind of person I am. If someone wanted to give me millions of dollars for something, I would maybe consider selling the site but there is no way I would ever attach my name to a lie.
In the following companies (WWE, NJPW, TNA, ROH) are all workers (on-air talent included) given employee ID cards? If yes, are they used to gain access to arenas and company facilities? If no, how are employees granted access? Especially in arenas, as well as off-air and lesser or unknown employees... Company security?
WWE employees have lanyards. The workers don't need them as security knows who they are. ROH has a very relaxed atmosphere backstage and it's very familial, which is awesome. Pretty much everyone knows everyone. I know that TNA used to do lanyards and I believe they still do.
Do you notice that Byron Saxton is somewhat of a chew toy among the WWE commentators?
He is the new guy so he has to earn his spot. JBL, in particular, is doing it to get Saxton comfortable in all situations. The best way to stop it is to rise up and give it back. That is when it will ease up.
I know this isn't time for an "I told you so," or whatnot, but with the disclosure of Daniel Bryan's full concussion history, and his final results forcing him to retire, is that sort of a vindication for the WWE Doctor and staff, who were the only ones who would not clear him to wrestle?
I said the same thing on all of the shows that I did last week for the Elite section. Everyone who had the conspiracy theory, that WWE was holding him back, has egg on their faces now. The fact of the matter is that they did indeed do the best thing by Bryan. Let's say he got cleared at SummerSlam. That would have been six months more of bumps he would have taken. Who knows how much worse that would have made his situation. The other thing that those conspiracists forgot was that WWE is missing a lot of top talent. They could use Bryan and if they could have cleared him, they would have.
What do Tyler Breeze, Adam Rose, the Ascension, Emma, and Bo Dallas have in common? They were all quite popular acts in NXT but whose characters have failed to connect with the broader WWE audience. Are there any current NXT performers whose characters you don't see translating well to the WWE audience?
Honestly, I don't want to talk down on anyone down there. They are all working hard to try and make the main roster. I won't slage them before they get their chance.
