I believe in quality, not quantity....could WWE maintain similar results from the network from running just six "pay-per-view" shows to allow the build to big match-ups in the way they did so well when it was just four or five each year?

The issue used to be with the PPV companies and WWE’s contract to provide shows. Now, that is not the issue, due to The Network. With that said, the number one watched show every month on The Network is the PPVs. I don’t think WWE wants to find out if cutting the shows down to six will cost them subscribers on the off months.

Did Vince McMahon ever officially retire as a wrestler?  I'd like to see him work Roman Reigns, just as an attraction, in the same way poor Bobby Heenan got squashed by the faces in the 80s.

He never made any declaration that I remember. He is 70 years old. I honestly don’t want to see him bumping around at his age. Plus, despite the great shape he is in, he is also still 70 years old. To me, him taking bumps is an accident waiting to happen.

To the best of my knowledge, Paul Heyman has never managed a woman wrestler in WWE.  Is it time, and who should it be?

I think as long as he is with Brock Lesnar, he shouldn’t manage anyone else. As we saw, it didn’t help Cesaro any when Heyman managed him. If he ever was going to be with a woman as an advocate, it would have to be a monster, someone like Nia Jax.

Please clue me in about AJ Styles. For weeks I read about his coming to WWE. And apparently they must really have wanted him, due to the concessions I heard they made for him. Yet they bring him into the RR with little to no fanfare, Not so good. Then he wrestles Jericho, ok, now we're getting somewhere. But then, on SD, he wrestles....The Miz?? And not only that, he has a hard time beating him! So where are they going with this, and where do you think AJ is heading...to the top, stuck in midcard, or to the (not WWE created) superstar's graveyard?

As I type this on Sunday, I am totally with you. They should have done so much more with him. Hopefully, they do a 180 and let the guy be what he is and they stop saying he is the runt of the litter, etc.

Hypothetical: Could we ever see WWE sold to another entity the same way LucasFilm, for example, was sold to Disney?

Ever? Sure! It is possible that almost anything could be sold if the price is right. My hunch is won’t happen while Vince McMahon is alive but I would never say never.
