WASTING THE NXT TALENT ON THE MAIN ROSTER, THE TWO MAN VS. THREE MAN BOOTH, WHY I PREFER CORBIN FOR TAKER OVER STROWMAN AND MORE

Do you find it annoying watching spots being called during matches?

Not particularly, at least not for the most part. I can ignore it since I know it’s a needed part of the process. I prefer the talent be as inconspicuous as possible when they do it but I know it needs to be done.

It's not if its WHEN The Fabulous Freebirds go into the HOF shouldn't Kevin Von Erich induct them, Wrestlemania in Dallas, Freebirds made their name in Dallas kinda seems like a no brainer, also shouldn't the Freebirds be the headline I realize that Sting is and this is a viable argument but the Freebird-Von Erich feud was arguably greatest of all time.  I'm looking forward to your thoughts and answers, as always the site is AWESOME and please keep being the best in the business!!!

I believe they are going to go in this year (I am typing this on Sunday, in case it gets announced after that) and Von Erich is the perfect person to do the induction. They most certainly belong and Dallas is the place that they should be inducted.

I just finished watching Mauro Ranallo's announcing debut on Smackdown, and I must say that he did an outstanding job! I couldn't help but feel the nostalgic vibe of the Jim Ross & Jerry Lawler team, especially  when Jerry Lawler started busting Mauro's balls. The only thing that I was irritated by, was the awkwardness of Byron Saxtons presence and inexperience at the table. Do you think that if the announce team was narrowed down to just two people, then we can hear some amazing chemistry between two veteran announcers?

I agree with you, 100 percent. It’s nothing against Saxton, it’s just that a two man booth is better than a three man booth. The chemistry has a much better chance to develop and there is one less person to “get their stuff in”.

We know Dave loves Baron Corbin, we got that when Y2J teamed with Roman and Dean against The Wyatts and Dave wanted Corbin in that role, but he in the column above said that were he thinks Braun from the Wyatts (who has been on the main roster for months) isn’t a credible opponent for Taker at Mania 32, Baron Corbin (who the narrator of last episode of Breaking ground even indicated he wasnt ready for the main roster and is working towards it) is. Can I ask Dave firstly why he is so high on Corbin, and also why he would put him ahead of Braun for Taker?

As I said in the column, Strowman is extremely green right now. Taker doesn’t have many WrestleMania matches left in him. He shouldn’t have to work with a guy that has less than 100 matches on his resume and who has shown needs to develop more. I respect Taker and I want him to have the best possible chance at having a good match. Corbin gives him a much better shot at that than Stowman does in 2016. Why I am high on Corbin? Have you watched him in big matches in NXT over the last year? It sounds to me like you haven’t. He has delivered.

I know the why to this question, that being because it is what Vince wants to do, but what is to be gained by serving NXT call-ups (Tyler Breeze, The Ascension, etc.) to lower level talents or part-timers, thus making the NXT talent look weak to the Universe?

It all comes down to Vince. If he doesn’t get behind someone, they are doomed. It’s crazy to me as well. NXT call ups are new assets and they should be protected, not abused. To be fair though, Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns have gotten pushes. Some other guys haven’t been buried. But the company has definitely wasted some of the call ups.
