LANA, KYLE EDWARDS, WWE NETWORK ADDITIONS, WRESTLING ALBUM AND MORE WWE NEWS & NOTES

By Mike Johnson on 2015-12-01 13:20:07

WWE has released a Sheamus 5:15 T-shirt.

A correction from something written last night: Tommy Dreamer was not slated for the postponed TNA tour of India. The original post mentioning that has been corrected with a mention to reflect that. My apologies for the error.

Lana, who returned to Raw last night, noted on Twitter:

Kyle Edwards hosted the Raw Pre-Show last night on the WWE Network as regular host Scott Stanford was ill.  Our best wishes to Stanford.  Edwards, who does international TV and the "This Week in WWE" feature online, did a good job.

Speaking of Kyle Edwards, he was interviewed by Lootcrate.com for their latest magazine as part of their subscription box this month, talking videogames and more.

Brad Maddox will be doing his first post-WWE interview tonight with the good guys at the www.IYHWrestling.com radio show.

While there are only a few episodes of Mid-South and Smoky Mountain Wrestling, expect more to be added to the WWE Network.  The Network also added additonal episodes of NWA World Championship Wrestling from Jim Crockett Promotions last night.  You can check out our own Les Thatcher on commentary on the SMW episodes.  In my opinion, WWE really needs to add everything in sequence (or at least add one new episode a week) so they can get fans to binge watch the material.

Becky Lynch and Charlotte appeared this morning on 105.7 The X's People's Morning Show from this morning to promote tonight's Smackdown taping in Hershey, PA.  To listen to the interview, click here.  Thanks to Brian Pickering!

Charlotte and Becky also appeared on ABC 27 Daybreak in Harrisburg, PA to promote the taping, which you can watch at this link.

Speaking of Smackdown, if anyone is attending tonight's taping, we are seeking spoiler report.  Thanks!

Former WWE NXT star Sami "Solomon Crowe" Callihan will be at Rockstar Pro Wrestling's "A Killer Xmas" on Dec. 4th facing former stable mate in Oi4K, Jake Crist in one of Jake' last matches before he retires this month.  Thanks to James Perry.

There were several Pittsburgh Steelers in attendance at Raw last night.

Comedian Adam Sandler has released an updated version of his "Hanukah Song", including a reference to former WCW and WWE World champion Bill Goldberg.

Vice has an excellent oral history piece on 30th anniversary of "The Wrestling Album" at this link.

WWE announced the following:
