There will be a preliminary hearing in the Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka case in Allentown, PA this Wednesday 10/7 at 10 AM. Snuka was indicted on 9/1 in the May 11, 1983 death of his girlfriend at the time, Nancy Argentino and charged with third-degree murder and involuntary manslaughter.
Tammy Sytch has a court date this week in Palmerton, PA for a preliminary hearing in regard to two other DUI-related arrests next Wednesday 10/7 at 10:30 AM. At that hearing, she is scheduled to face charges of DUI, driving without a license, failure to stay in her lane of traffic, and careless driving for arrests that took place on 6/1 and 6/20. These cases are separate from her DUI case in Carbon County, PA that resulted in Sytch being arrested on a bench warrant after failing to appear for three court appearances last month.
