FOUR HOURS OF SUMMERSLAM, IS IT TIME FOR WWE TO CUT TIES WITH SUNNY, WHY RUSEV WATCHED LANA ATTACK SUMMER RAE AND MORE

In what reality is a 4-hour SummerSlam event looked at as a being GOOD idea!? Is the Authority just not getting enough time on the mic, or what?

In the reality of Wall Street and the world of finance. At the end of the day, they see the extra hour as a bonus given to subscribers and they like that. Plus, if WWE could get their booking problems worked out, having a “WrestleMania of the Summer” would be a big boon to the company. And yes, I know that is a big if.

My question deals with ROH.  I love the shows and was wondering of Destination America drops wrestling, would AXS TV possibly be interested in bringing back ROH?  What a great add to NJPW on Friday nights!

That is a great question, one I don’t know the answer to. It would make sense given ROH works with New Japan and the companies work a similar, strong style. If I were Joe Koff, I would be on the phone with AXS in a second if Destination America doesn’t want to move forward. Hell, I would get on the phone anyway and see what my options were.

Why is it that when Lana was assaulting Summer Rae, Rusev just stood there and watched, and did nothing to stop the assault? Seemed odd and out of character for him. What is your opinion?

Because WWE, smartly, doesn’t want to book man on woman violence. I think they made the right call there. Times have changed since the years when woman would take bumps from men. WWE is cognizant of society’s view on the subject and they avoid putting themselves in the middle of it.

With WWE's attempts to distance themselves from disgraced former stars like Hogan and Sunny, why was Sunny featured in several interviews in the Kliq documentary preview on the WWE Network, which aired just this week?  You would think it would be very easy for them to cut out her footage.

Good question. I would have cut it out and given her behavior of late, WWE is probably sorry that they didn’t. They don’t need to remind people of their association with her.

I see you refer to the N word as such, or with asterisks. Is that a personal choice you have made?  If so I agree with your choice.

Yes, it is. I think everyone knows what the word is. I don’t use it and I don’t like to quote someone when they do. I really wish people would “hate” after they get to know them and leave race, gender, sexual persuasion out of it.
