Pamela Campbell, the Pinellas County (FL) judge presiding over Hulk Hogan’s sex-tape civil case against Gawker Media set a March 7, 2016, trial date during a hearing Thursday in Florida.
Judge Campbell also said she would wait to rule on an emergency motion by Hogan’s attorneys seeking addition discovery to determine who leaked sealed material used in a National Enquirer report about Hogan using racial and homophobic slurs on the video. Hogan's attorney has claimed Gawker has leaked the testimony to National Enquirer and Radar Online.
