STING VS. LESNAR, WHY SOME ADS FOR BATTLEGROUND SAY ONE THING AND SOME SAY OTHERS, WHAT IS A NY FAN TO DO ON 8/22 AND MORE

So basically every add for Battleground has began with only on the WWE network. I'm watching TV and seen an add about Battleground being on PPV. What's going on with this?

Think about it. When you are watching WWE programming, they push you to get their network. When you are watching your cable, they are trying to push you to buy the PPV since they get 50 percent of the cost.

What the hell is that guy who doesn't believe you about the Ziggler filming story?  If he doesn't believe the reporting you do, why follow you guys?  Do you guys usually get these kind of a-holes or was that a one-off?

Oh, it’s not a one off, not by a long shot. You should see some of the emails we get. Suffice to say, pretty much every day I get at least one missive where I say, “That person should definitely not be allowed to reproduce or vote in elections”. Why do people like that read the page? I have no idea. Then again, I have never understood how the mind of a dumb ass works so I am probably the wrong person to ask!

Do you see money in a Sting vs Brock Lesnar PPV match?

I think it would be a draw, if that is what you mean. They have never wrestled, and there would intrigue in it. I think, however, at his age it would be very hazardous to Sting’s health. Brock is a beast and taking his offensive repertoire means you will feel it the next day (or 10).

I haven't really been watching TNA since they left Spike, but I tuned in to Destination America on Wednesday, and what I saw was a complete joke. After it went off the air, I saw a replay of the ROH taping and I was actually pretty impressed. It may have only been for one hour, but having the show on a digital network made the show more visually appealing than on the cable network. My question is, are there any plans to increase the time slot for ROH? I'd kill for a chance to see them do 2 hours and really show that they can hang with WWE as far as entertainment goes. Just seems to me like ROH gets the idea that wrestling is entertainment.

Right now, the plan is to do one hour until the initial 26 week run is completed. From there, and before if they are going to continue working together, they will decide what the future holds. It is too soon to say more than that.

I pretty much attend all the local shows in NYC including indies and wrestling school showcases. On 8/22 we have two shows running, ROH at Coney Island, NXT at the Barclays. I can only attend one, although I can get free tickets for both. Which one should I go to and why? Hopefully ROH will move to the early afternoon, and I can go to both. Help a brother decide!!!!

Since ROH can’t move the show due to tickets being sold, etc., you have to choose. Me? I would go to ROH since I could watch the NXT show later on The WWE Network while I wouldn’t have that option if I went to NXT.
