Do you see the injury to Tyson Kidd after taking a muscle buster will have a negative impact on Joe or was this simply a freak accident?

First off, it was a freak accident. Kidd just got hurt. The word we have gotten is that WWE realizes that too, it was just an accident. So hopefully, there will be no issues.

I think creative has handled Kevin Owens debut awesomely. Hopefully they don't screw it up. I am vaguely familiar with Kevin's work, could you recommend a match or two that I should go out if my way to find and watch to really see what he is capable if?

I am typing this on Sunday so I don’t know what happened at MITB but watch his first match with John Cena. It was awesome. Also, watch him vs. Sami Zayn from NXT. You can get it all on the WWE Network. Otherwise, pretty much anything you get from him in Ring Of Honor’s big events will show you how good he is. You can check out their DVDs at www.ROHWrestling.com.

WWE revisionist history makes us forget that Rick Rude was an original member of DX.  Rude had a fantastic physique and was a natural heel who was great on the mic, yet they put him in a suit and gave him the role of a silent bodyguard.  He had so much more to offer, so why was he put in this role?  Was he injured or retired at that point in his career?

By that point, Rude had retired from in-ring action due to a severe back injury he suffered against Sting in Japan in 1994.

Austin vs. Brock won't happen in my opinion because of 2 reasons:  1) Austin's current physical status, and 2) Austin would have to lose in order for Brock to maintain any sort of credibility.  If the match were booked, do you think Austin's body would be able to hold up to the type of physical match required to face Brock, and do you think he would come back to lose?

It is more one than anything. He retired due to the state of neck and back. That doesn’t get better in your fifties. And even if it did, it wouldn’t in a match against a guy like Lesnar, who works very stiffly. If the match were to happen, you can’t have the guy in his prime lose to the guy in his fifties, even if that guy is Steve Austin. I was told that Austin had a stunt double doing some of the fight scenes in a film he shot in January. He has pretty much said he is retired, and I believe he is.

Has there been any movement as far as discovery on the lawsuit from Dr. Christopher M. Amann vs. Punk/Brooks and Colt/Scott Colton?

I haven’t heard a word so if it has, it’s been kept private so far.
