Back in January when TNA switched stations to Destination America, I sent an email suggestion to Destination America that they sign a deal with ROH as many of my old favorites from TNA were wrestling there. Do you think the deal with ROH maybe be the start of the station becoming the go to wrestling network? Maybe signing deals with other wrestling promotions? Maybe we see some cross over promotion matches?

Go to? Nope, that will be USA since they will have Raw and Smackdown this time next year. DA is open to bringing in wrestling programming, obviously, but it had to look good and draw an audience. As of now, I don’t see any cross promotional matches as there is nothing in it for ROH (and some ROH talent has a lot of disdain for TNA).

Can Dean Ambrose step into the role of the rebellious anti-hero the way that Steve Austin did back in the day? I think he is by far the best character to take on The Authority when it comes to the faces available for that role. His trajectory from being in the US/IC title slot and vaulting into the WWE title picture seemingly overnight reminds me of Austin's career arc too.

Can he be that kind of character? Absolutely if he is booked that way. I wouldn’t compare him to Austin at this time because that is a pretty big set of boots to fill, but down the road, you never know. He would have to be given the chance though.

So I watched Elimination Chamber. And like the majority ate up Kevin Owens' victory over Cena. They just strapped NOS boosters on the guy for his journey uphill. But I have a bad feeling of a burp here. 2009, Sheamus takes clean victory over Cena. He has been wallowing in half hearted programs ever since. Do you too have this sense of doubt in creative, with a rematch announced and all? Do you think Owens might go the way of the Celtic warrior? Or are you more hopeful otherwise. Again, thank you for being insightful, crisp, trustworthy and one of the few positive hubs of everything wrestling through the years.

As I type this, I am hoping for the best but also cognizant of the past, as you mentioned above.

Seriously, the elimination chamber "PPV"was well worth the 9.99 price for the network.  Not only the match with Cena and Owens, but the main event left me with every feeling imaginable.  I am going for Ambrose, my girl is going for Rollins.  The ending left me with excitement and anger all at one flashing moment.  If this type of event doesn't show why fans (wwe universe) need to be subscribers, I don't know what will.  I hope wwe can keep this up.  I am invested, not only as a fan, but also as an investor in the stock.   Do you think the WWE can continue to build upon this "PPV"?

Can they? Absolutely. It’s all about the creative direction that they take the product in and how much they let newer guys do, and get over. It is all dependent on the creative process.

I don't understand WWE's reasoning behind changing Seth Rollins finisher from the curbstomp to the pedigree. With the arms underhooked and unable to protect the head/face, wouldn't this make the pedigree more dangerous to take?

The thighs protect the head as they are wrapped around it.
