ROH PUSHING TNA, KAMALA BOOK, MVP OWNERSHIP AND MORE

By Mike Johnson on 2015-05-30 10:00:00

No. MVP owned the gimmick and brought it to WWE, so he retained ownership.

So, do you think ROH being on Destination America will force, or at least inspire, TNA to up their game the same way the Monday Night Wars did with Vince? Or will they fade into oblivion when fans see ROH's product is better and the stars they enjoyed in TNA (Styles, Daniels, Kaz, Lethal, etc.) are getting a real chance to shine in a different company?

I don't think the company will fade away into oblivion. The competition should put additional pressure on TNA to perform, but the reality is that the series has been far, far improved in 2015 but the average fan has already thrown in the towel it would appear. Perhaps ROH being the lead-in will assist TNA in getting some eyeballs back. Too early to tell.

Why is WWE doing a PPV in such a small market like Corpus Christi?

It was a last minute decision. They added the PPV just 2 weeks ago.

I read Kamala has an autobiography out. I thought he was a savage from Africa?

He's actually from Mississippi. You can find information about the book at http://www.kamalaspeaks.com/

Do you ever see Daniel Bryan using "Final Countdown" as his theme music again?

No, because WWE fans are already accustomed to his current music and they wouldn't have to pay out ridiculous fees for the rights.
