PORTLAND'S WEST COAST WRESTLING ASSOCIATION CLEARS ROKU, INTERNATIONAL MARKETS WITH NEW TV DEAL

Portland, Oregon's West Coast Wrestling Association issued the following:
The West Coast Wrestling Connection Expands to International Distribution
Portland Based Company Joins the MiCasa Network to Bring Professional Wrestling to Millions of Homes Across Its Multiplatform Network
PORTLAND, OR, April 30, 2015 -- MCB Network Corp's MiCasa Network today announced that it has inked a deal with The West Coast Wrestling Connection (WCWC). This deal will bring WCWC to nearly 60 million viewers across MiCasa’s 44 over-the-air (OTA) stations, not to mention many millions more via its over the top (OTT) channels on Roku, XBOX, PlayStation, etc. and mobile video app for iPhone and Android.
“The West Coast Wrestling Connection has been bringing some of the best in professional wrestling to fans for the past ten years,” said Sean M. Malatesta, CEO of MCBN/MiCasa Network. “This partnership allows MiCasa to jump from the top rope into pro wrestling and bring the action to our loyal Hispanic Millennial—‘Hispennial’—viewers.”
Jeff Akin, commentator for WCWC, added , “We are very excited to be a part of a network that is the first choice in entertainment for so many people! With an emphasis on “Old School” wrestling in a modern environment, the WCWC is an exciting, family-friendly event. With fans ranging in age from 5-99 and even older, there is something for everyone to enjoy. Wrestlers such as Alexander Hammerstone, Mikey O’Shea, ‘The Gentleman Brawler’ Eric Right, Gangrel and Ashton Vuitton will be an exciting addition to the great programming on MiCasa.”
The West Coast Wrestling Connection began as a local, live, pro wrestling company in Salem, OR In March 2005. Over the last ten years, they have expanded their live events by appearing up and down the I-5 Corridor. They debuted on Portland television in May 2014.
The WCWC will start airing nationwide on MiCasa starting today, April 30, 2015.
