By Richard Trionfo on 2015-04-30 22:00:37
We begin with Seth Rollins walking into the Authority’s office with Joey Mercury and Jamie Noble. He sees someone in there, slightly off camera, who he does not believe belongs in the office. He says this person has nerve to be here after what happened on Raw. We see that it is Kane.

Kane reminds Seth he hit him twice.

Seth says that was an accident. He says it is Kane’s fault that he is in a match against Randy Orton and Roman Reigns.

Kane says that if Seth says he is a fighting champion, he should have no problem facing both men.

Seth says that he will beat both men, like he has beaten everyone else. Kane is his problem because as Director of Operations, he should be doing what is best for Seth.

Kane suggests what is better for business than giving the audience exactly what they wanted.

Seth says the truth is that Kane is jealous of him. Jealous because Seth is everything Kane never could be. Kane sits idly by while Seth rises and Kane just fades away.

Kane says that part of his job is to see that Seth grows as a person and champion. He will make a man out of Seth if it is the last thing he does. Tonight, Seth will face the man he was supposed to face last week, Dean Ambrose. That is why he will be facing Dean tonight.

Seth says that Kane from 20 years ago is what is best for business. He dares Kane to prove that he has any viability for the Authority.

We are in Moline, Illinois and your announcers are Tom Phillips, Byron Saxton, and Jerry Lawler.

Roman Reigns makes his way to the ring.

Roman sends a shout out to Dean Ambrose and he wishes him luck in his match against their ‘little brother’ Seth Rollins. Seth is the man who single handedly destroyed what they created, the Shield. Seth took the greatest opportunity that he had in his life, a chance to win the WWE Championship at Wrestlemania.

The major difference between Kane and him, besides Kane carrying a senior citizen card while Seth carries around the WWE Championship, is that he does not run away from a fight. He will find a way to win the fight on his own. That is what he is going to do at Payback. He will beat Randy Orton and Roman Reigns by himself.
