Paul Heyman is AMAZING on the mic and cuts phenomenal promos. Personally, I feel he's up there with Flair, Hogan, The Rock, and any other name you can think of. If he had also trained to be be a wrestler from the very beginning, how huge do you think he would've been as a wrestler?

I think Paul would be the first one to tell you he wasn’t cut out to be an in-ring performer.

When I first heard that Perro Aguayo Jr died, the first thing that I thought of was Mitsuharu Misawa, and I found it very disturbing that it was basically the same injury that took both their lives. A routine bump that they have all done thousands of times before that now turns deadly on them. But when I read that people were trying to put blame on what happened on another individual I cringed so bad and felt disgusted that my fellow fans would have that type of opinion of a wrestler, especially one that is so beloved in Rey Mysterio Jr. I was also really turned off by the fact that in one of the videos that shows him being carried away and put into an ambulance, the amount of people trying to take pictures of him and what seemed to be kids running up to get autographs from him and one trying to take a selfie with him in the background. I don't know how to describe it, but I'd like to think the crowds that I'm apart of at wrestling shows wouldn't do that type of s**t if someone got seriously injured or worse. How do you decipher everything going on and has your view of wrestling in general and the well being of the wrestlers changed with each passing event even when it is just a fluke bump? And do you think Perro Aguayo Jr's autopsy could show that his cervical cord could have had previous damage done to it and his injury could have been prevented and treated? I imagine the same question could have been asked in Misawa's case as well.

I can’t say what his autopsy will uncover as I don’t know. But I can say this, there is a lack of humanity on far too many people in the world and it really bums me out. I wish people were more respectful and decent, but some just aren’t.

So Wrestlemania is going up against the season finale of the Walking Dead who wins that grudge match?

Man, I hear ya. Walking Dead will have more viewers, by far. Me, I will be working and avoiding spoilers at all costs. I think my wife may watch the finale of Dead without me.

Why would they take Lana off tv, two weeks before wrestlemania  to shoot a WWE film? Considering a big portion of the card is filled with part timers, wouldn't it be wise to keep the full time talent around?

I agree with you. Leading into Mania should be all hands on deck. WWE has the movie division though and sometimes that creates problems for the wrestling end of the company. To me, wrestling should always come first, but I am biased.

The question about Rock "murdering" Cena in promos and WWE having to ask Johnson to put fake notes on his wrists to let Cena get something back in their battle of words got me thinking about how good or bad Cena really is on the mic. I always wondered why the quality of promos varies so drastically. He can be good to great, certainly not on Rocky's level (or to only slightly lesser degree Punk's), but far above average certainly, so why does he so very often rely on this goofy side, even in dead-serious scenarios (he does it in matches too and I think it's one part of the reason so many fans reject him)? I'm assuming he has a lot of leeway in promos, likely on the level WWE gives Paul Heyman or HHH, so it's likely him ad-libbing a lot. Is it a weird scenario where a top guy would actually be better off using more scripted material?

Cena has said he has a lot of leeway and he does what he thinks is right in promos. So yeah, I agree, he would be better off if he were given good scripted stuff. He has the ability to do good promos for sure. It’s just when he goes into the over the top, super sweet mode it makes many people want to turn the channel.
