I saw your answer to a reader's question about NOT turning Reigns and having Heyman in the JJ Dillon-4 Horsemen role. How about a redux of the Chris Adams/Kevin Von Erich/Gary Hart saga of 84. You have Reigns take Heyman as an advisor but the fans/babyfaces are skeptical and eventually call Reigns out *cough* John Cena...... Well Cena gets mad puts his hands on Paul and that makes Reigns snap. Thus instant feud with no true turn  just a differing of opinions. Any thoughts???

I wouldn’t have a problem with it except for one thing, Vince McMahon doesn’t often commit to long term storylines any more. In today’s “We have to keep ratings up” world, most things are very short term. And I think it hurts the product.

I heard Tommy Dreamer interviewed indicating that Impact's DVR numbers are far more important than the live view numbers. Is Dreamer's assessment valid or mostly spin?

I don’t know of ANY TV show where the DVR’d numbers are as important as the live numbers and there is a simple reason for that. Live viewing means the commercials get watched whereas most people smart enough to DVR a show also zip through the commercials. Advertisers pay primarily for ads that are seen.

Is there any chance Sting loses to HHH at WM? You have to think he has to win. Otherwise, what was the point of Sting coming to WWE to lose his 1st match?

Until the match is over, there is always a chance. With that said, I don’t see it making any sense that they plan for HHH to win unless they have HHH blatantly cheat to set up a rematch at say SummerSlam. If Sting comes in and is roundly defeated I agree, it makes no sense.

Vince McMahon says he listens to the audience. Do you think he hears the silence of the recent RAW and PPV crowds? To me, the silence is deafening and speaks volumes about the product during what is supposed to be the most exciting time of the year, the Wrestlemania build.

I am sure he hears them, or rather doesn’t hear them reacting. What it comes down to after that is what does he attribute it to? Thus far I think he is still in “I know what you want better than you do” mode but if fans keep failing to react, I would think he would have to address that sooner or later.

Is Naomi's Rear View the dumbest finishing move in history or what?  Think about it: she jumps and hits someone in the face with her butt, knocking them out.  She beat Natalya with it on RAW so yes, it can officially be classified as a finisher now.

Not even close in my opinion. There is a chance it would hurt. Have you ever seen The Great Khali’s chop? Also the Von Erich claw was the same way to me. A guy is standing right in front of you and you can’t do a thing? Please, no one is that strong.
