WHY WWE MAY HAVE RUSHED OUT THE ONE MILLION SUBSCRIBERS ANNOUNCEMENT, TYSON VS. CHYNA IN THE WWE HALL AND MORE

By Mike Johnson on 2015-02-06 10:00:00
If HHH is worried about Chyna being in the HOF because his 8 year old who doesn't know who Chyna is and looks her up on the internet and finds out what she did outside of wrestling... Then how does he explain Mike Tyson?

There is really no answer I can give you that can explain that away, but Tyson did do his time and there are certainly no share of convicted felons in pro wrestling. Obviously the Chyna thing is far more complicated than just her adult movies.

With Daniel Bryan coming back from serious neck surgery, shouldn't WWE tell Bryan to stay off the top rope? Doing diving head butts off the top rope can't exactly be good for his surgically repaired neck.

I agree. I've noticed some small changes in Bryan's work and how he takes some bumps, so it's obvious he's made changes, but WWE should strongly imply he do everything he can to remain safe in the ring - not that he isn't a safe worker, but it's best to minimize the risks.

Which of these two matches is more likely to happen at WM 31: Goldust vs. Stardust or Miz vs. Mizdow?

Although plans change, it's pretty obvious to see that is the direction they are going. I'd place even money.

First for Mike... yeah, there seemed to be a question missing in there. lol I was one of the 1 MILLION folks who paid 9.99 to watch the rumble [well 12.99 for me in CDN]. So my QUESTION [yay]. Why do the much larger number of fans have to put up with the east coast hooligans, just because they 'paid' for their seats. I paid for my network, why am I less important than an attention grabber who paid for his seat, who Vince isn't listening to anyways. Best solution is for WWE to run a parallel sound track of the announcers only, and maybe the mikes under the ring, I'd put up with the loss of atmosphere rather than endless Jerry, Punk, JBL... chants.

Honestly, those fans paid a lot more money and paid to travel to the event. They have every right to voice their opinion, just as you have every right to go on social media and voice yours. I just personally put a higher premium on fans who are willing to spend a lot of money to attend an event, because the fans willing to spend that money are the ones you want to keep coming back.

Call me a cynic, but do you think WWE held the 1m viewers statement back in case they needed a positive spin from the rumble?

No, but I do believe they rushed it out to quell the "cancel the network" stories that began floating, especially after Time.com did a piece on it.
