By Richard Trionfo on 2014-12-17 21:52:03
We get comments from celebrities about the United States Military and their families.

It is time for the annual Tribute to the Troops presented by the WWE. This year’s show is in Columbus, Georgia. Your announcers are Michael Cole and John Layfield.

Hulk Hogan comes to the ring with a giant American Flag.

Hogan says that he wants to tell you something, brother. When he looks out at this arena and sees all of the brave faces and heroes. It makes him proud to live in the United States, brother. All that you have given him, everything that you have sacrificed to secure our freedoms and make this country great, he wants to thank everyone.

Miz comes out and he is accompanied by Damien Sandow.

Miz tells Hogan that on behalf of the assembled members of the United States Armed Forces and the star of the Marine 3, he wants to say ‘You’re Welcome’. Portraying Sergeant Jay Carter was an honor in his career. It was a highlight of his career. It was an honor to portray a member of the Armed Forces on the screen. He says that everyone should be honored by his performance.

When you think pillar of strength, you think of The Miz.

John Cena comes out and goes to the ring.

John wants to apologize for the Miz. He has come down with amnesia or he drank way too much. He says that Miz played a Marine, but this is an Army base. When he thinks of toughness, he thinks of the United States Armed Forces. When he thinks of the Miz, it is something more metrosexual. Like a Ryan Seacrest, wait, Ryan would kick Miz’ butt.

Miz and Sandow laugh and Miz tells Cena he is not funny. He is a modern day Bob Hope on a USO tour. He inspires the military to achieve greatness. Their commanders always tell their troops to ‘Do it for the Miz’. That is how great he truly is.

Cena says a lot of commanding officers have given great speeches to their troops, but he does not think that anyone ever said ‘Do it for the Miz’. You sit here thinking you are this enormous big deal, but this is a big deal. Being here for these people is a big deal. You are standing in the ring with Hulk Hogan. The greatest superstar in the history of the WWE. That is a big deal.

Cena says that he will leave it to public opinion. He asks everyone if they think Miz is a big deal and they boo him.

Miz says it is Hulk Hogan is in the ring with The Miz, not what Cena said. Cena has jealousy written all over his face. He is jealous that he beat Cena at Wrestlemania 27. He is jealous that Miz is better looking. John is jealous that everyone knows that he plays a more convincing soldier than John ever could.

Cena says it is not a delusional fantasy, Miz is not awesome. He sucks.

Miz tries to punch Cena but Cena blocks it and he punches Miz and sends him to the floor.

Sandow stands in the ring between Hogan and Cena and then he throws a punch at air and then he sends himself over the top rope to the floor.

Seth Rollins comes out and he is joined by Kane, Joey Mercury, and Jamie Noble.

Luke Harper comes out as well.

Not to feel left out, Big Show makes his way to the ring.

They surround Hogan and Cena and then get on the apron.

They get into the ring and Hogan fights off some of the guys while others focus on Cena.

Dolph Ziggler, Ryback, and Erick Rowan make their way to the ring and they all send Big Show over the top rope.

Lana says if you will not kneel for the great super athlete, kneel for your new true greatest leader Vladimir Putin.

Lana says that the soldiers disappoint her. If Putin was your leader, you would be a great super power instead of a pretend one. You disagree? Who will stand up for your country? Who is foolish enough to challenge the Great Mother Russia?

It doesn’t matter if you are five foot five or seven foot two. It doesn’t matter if you are a Democrat or Republican. We fight. If you don’t like it here, you can go back to Russia.

Lana says that it is a touching speech, but what is your comeback? She calls Daniel a little American troll.

Rusev asks Daniel if he worries about you, you half man? Do you think you can beat Rusev?

Daniel asks Rusev if he wants to do this in front of these people? In front of the troops? Daniel says that we will come from anywhere to defend our freedoms. When you challenge him, you challenge everyone in this arena. He means proud Americans can come from over the wall.

A few men leap over the guardrail and get on the apron.

They can come from the sky . . . and they repel from the ceiling.

If you want a fight, we can fight right now and Daniel makes his way to the ring.
