Now that CM Punk as told his story, have you gone back and checked how accurate your sources were about how things went down concerning not only punk’s exit but other events that happened through his run, the UFC idea for instance and the whole ordeal with Ryback. I know only a handful of people really know so I guess how accurate the word on the street was.

We didn’t have to go back and check, we reported probably 80 percent or more of what he said in the interview when it actually happened! We can’t confirm conversations between Punk-Vince-HHH because they were the only ones there, but pretty much everything else he stated we have confirmed.

While watching Smackdown this week a WWE facts graphic showed the WWE App has been downloaded over 14 million times, that got me thinking, do you think WWE should allow users to sign up and purchase the Network directly from the app?

First off, keep in mind that 14 million downloads doesn’t mean 14 million people downloaded it. I know myself I have downloaded it on at least six devices. With that said, I honestly don’t know if you can buy the Network via the app or not (since I am logged in with my account whenever I bring the app up) but if they don’t offer it through the app, they should.

UPDATED AT 10:30: It ends up they don't do they because if they did, they would have to pay Apple 30% of the sub fee.  I don't blame them for not doing it.

What's the possibility of seeing all the indy stars (those on NXT and those who are already on the main roster) being on the main roster at the same time? And can the WWE Creative use all of them properly?

Unless they bring them all up as a group to take on the WWE guys it doesn’t make sense to do that many debuts at once. Guys have a better chance of getting over if they space out the debuts and give the audience more time to get acquainted with the new talent.

Dave, since the WWE is a publicly traded company, isn’t a comment from the WWE or  Vince McMahon to his stockholders responding to the comments/charges that CM Punk made in his recent interview appropriate?  Additionally how long do you feel it will be before the first stockholder lawsuit is filed against the WWE due to Punk’s comments?

WWE doesn’t have to offer a comment if they don’t want to. If they are asked in a public forum, such as in the fourth quarter conference call, they will have to address it then, much like Vince McMahon did earlier this year when he told the investors that Punk was on a sabbatical. Until then, they don’t HAVE to comment. I don’t see a whole lot of grounds for any stockholder to file a suit based off of what Punk said to be honest. It doesn’t mean one won’t be filed, but I don’t see any merit in it.

Now that CM Punk has told his side of the story regarding his WWE departure do you think Steve Austin will address the elephant in the room and ask McMahon his side during their live podcast interview this Monday?

I honestly don’t know but I sure as hell hope that he does. That would be great. A big reason the interview airs tonight is that they are trying to get people to pay for The Network. If Vince address the situation that would be a great grab to get people to think that the Network is worth their money.
