RAMBO IN WRESTLING, DUSTY VS. FLAIR, WHY ONLY SOME ECW CONTENT WAS ADDED AND MORE

By Mike Johnson on 2014-11-14 10:00:35
With wwe adding alot of Ecw content to the network im guessing they have all the hardcore tv episodes and alot of other Ecw programming and as a hardcore Ecw fan im wondering why wwe dont put all of ecw content up on the network Thank you !!

WWE puts up stuff timed on purpose so they don't run out of material. They want to keep you coming back and keep you paying. It's a good strategy.

It's pretty hard to argue against anyone saying that Sami Zayn/El Generico is the best talent in NXT and has been for most of his tenure thus far. Since he has a great or incredible match with anyone on the roster while being extremely popular with the NXT faithful, could you see WWE possibly keeping him in NXT for a longer period do time simply to be the cornerstone and face of the brand? He could be used for an extended period of time to get the "next guys" over and then his eventual main roster debut could even use that as a build to his character.

I don't think there's an answer to this question. Guys are brought up for a multitude of reasons and since he's one the smaller side, it's best they do it slowly because if he's rushed up and WWE Creative blows it, well, then he's the next guy to hang out in catering and work Superstars. I don't think anyone wants that as their long term career outlook.

I'm watching the Rhodes/Flair Rivalries documentary on WWE Network and the narrator just claimed Rhodes vs. Flair in singles matches headlined most of the 1986 Great American Bash cards. Come on! Where is the quality control? Flair defended against 10 or 11 different guys on those cards. This is a stupid error and some current WWE employees, including Flair & Rhodes, were there for these cards. How does this get not get caught by someone before it airs?

You are right. Flair didn't just defend against Dusty. It obviously slipped through. I am sure they have someone checking facts but on this one, they made a mistake.

Whatever happened to legendary female wrestling great Vickie Williams?

I know Williams is alive and well and retired, but I'm not certain of her current day to day activities.

Why did no one ever do a Rambo-related gimmick?

I guess WWE has had some military based gimmicks, but I guess a guy running around with a machine gun would be far too wild for them!
