First of all.i read your site all the time,so i dont mean to be insulting,but what the hell,you insulted me lastnight! So i was reading the ppv report and in it you said..the wwe network is only 9.99 (for the DOPES choosing to pay more)well i am one of those people! The product Is so stale,and all the old stuff i watch,i get on youtube.you guys talk it up so much,that some of us really do wonder,if you aint getting paid for it! Seriously,when cena,orton,big show,kane,etc are completly off the top of the card,i might reconsider,but as it stands i use to blindley order every ppv! Until orton beat bryan,now im down to just mania.if youre planning to be a spokesman for the network,then by all means,try to sell me on it.why should i buy it?? Also whats your opinion,on guys who just find a ppv stream online,and watch it for free?
Actually, read it again! I was referring to the announce team saying that people that paid full PPV price were the dopes. They were saying that you people just spent $45 or $55 dollars when you could have paid $9.99. You misread what I wrote. As for people that watch streams, they are thieves, that simple. It only costs 10 bucks. If it’s not worth paying 10 bucks for, then you shouldn’t watch it for free.
Why oh why hasn’t Rusev gotten any sort of title shot yet? He's been undefeated for months. Have him win the U.S. title as a nice little screw you to America. I think people wanting to take the U.S. belt away from the Russian would add more to it. Your thoughts?
I don’t want him anywhere near a secondary title. Given how WWE has built guys up, only to tear them back down (think Bray Wyatt) I like that they are taking a longer term approach with Rusev. I think he is really good and could be a legitimate main event player so I am happy that they aren’t rushing him. If they did it right, they could build to him vs. Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania. Or, sigh, they could feed him to John Cena.
Tell me if I'm wrong but could Rollins vs Ambrose be this generations Rock vs Austin?
There is potential for it. It is too soon to say either way what will happen. A lot will depend on how WWE books both guys.
Please keep in mind when I ask this question, that I can only fit Raw (and PPVs) into my schedule, so I don't watch the other shows: Where has Fandango been? Injured? Not used? On Smackdown, Main Event, or Superstars? Thank you! Dave and Mike, you guys are great at what you do! I continue to wish you many more years of success!
Ever since he lost to Zack Ryder a few months ago, he hasn’t been used on TV that I can recall. I haven’t heard of any injury. He is still around and losing on house shows. His angle with Summer Rae and Layla just kind of disappeared, as WWE often does. Hopefully they are working on repackaging him because that gimmick has run its course. Thanks for the kind words and support.
Why are Raw's ratings down? A part time champion, a main event we've seen a thousand times over the past decade, an announcing team that's a joke and storylines that go nowhere. With no real competition, the WWE has gotten complacent and stale. When is Vince going to wake up and use the great talent he has?
I am sure Vince would say it’s due to Monday Night Football. At the end of the day though you make great points. I think it will take a big drop in the ratings for Vince to leave his comfort zone.
