BULLY RAY-TNA RETURN, KENTA'S NEW NAME, BELLA VS. BELLA AND MORE

By Mike Johnson on 2014-09-12 10:00:36
What was the hero that KENTA took that new name from?

As of right now, we don't know. I've reached out to a few people within WWE for clarification but haven't heard back yet. Stay tuned.

Nikki Bella is scheduled to take part in a three way match for the Divas title at WWE's Night of Champions pay per view against Divas champion Paige and AJ Lee. When do you think there will be a match between Nikki and her sister Brie? I'm surprised we haven't seen one yet.

Of course. They are just trying not to rush to it. What would be the point of putting all this time into the feud without blowing it off with a match?

Lately, commentary have been absolutely insufferable. It's a well known fact that Vince McMahon is in the ear of commentary, and unfortunately it can get quite grating. However, I noticed that commentary were like a completely different team during the NXT Showcase match on Raw... they discussed the match, put all four wrestlers over, JBL was a heel but it didn't take away from the match, it was refreshing. Do you know if perhaps HHH was in their ear instead for the match, given that NXT has always been his project?

It's possible, but I haven't heard that. I think it was far more likely that since the hard push was for the NXT Takeover show and the talents involved, that everything just happened to click.

On a recent advertisement for TNA's Bound for Glory pay per view taking place in Japan one of the wrestlers featured was Bully Ray. Is he taking part in the show? In what capacity? What is the possibility of him resigning with TNA in time so he can appear at Bound for Glory?

As of this writing, we are told that Bully Ray has not signed a new deal with the company. However, it's still entirely possible he could be at Bound for Glory. They could pay him for the date and have him come in (and I am sure Ray would get quite the payday for it) or they could have he and Devon accept via video or they could just not have him there. We'll see. I think it's far more important that the two sides figure out whether Ray will be part of the final match in the TNA Tag series, since without him, the entire thing will lose whatever momentum it's built for all involved.

In TNA first the ads/ build up/ hype that Havok is coming and when she appears she has a partial mask over her nose and mouth, doesn't this reminds you of WCW's Glacier?

I don't think that was what they were going for, but I could see where you might see the similarities!
