WWE MAIN EVENT REPORT: CAN YOU HAVE MIZTV WITHOUT MIZ?; GOLDUST AND STARDUST IN ACTION

We are in Lincoln, Nebraska and your announcers are Michael Cole and Byron Saxton.

Damien Sandow is in the ring to do the introductions for this week’s MizTv. Sandow says before we get things started, he wants to congratulate Miz on his victory over Dolph Ziggler on Monday. Congratulations for being in Los Angeles for your film shoot instead of being in Nebraska.

Sandow welcomes everyone to MizTV. Before he brings out his first guest, he has a treat for all of his fans. It is something that will bring a smile to your face and a tear to your eyes. Sandow has a monologue inspired. It is inspired by Miz.

What is the true meaning of Christmas, he has been pondering . . .

Dolph Ziggler’s music interrupts and he makes his way to the ring.

Sandow tells Dolph to look at something before Dolph says something. We see footage from the end of the tag match on Raw when Ziggler got pinned by Miz.

Sandow laughs at Ziggler and Dolph says that Sandow is pretending to be Miz and Sandow says that he is not pretending. Ziggler says Miz got lucky one time while Sandow says that it was skill. Sandow wants to know how Ziggler can come on his show and say those things.

They go back and forth with ‘reallys’ so it feels like Miz is really there.

Damien tells Dolph that he is over there looking at him like he is a little crazy. Sandow says that he is a performance artist. He is the greatest performance artist the WWE has ever seen. Sandow says that you wouldn’t know talent if it was standing in front of you. Sandow says that he is years ahead of everyone else.

Sandow says that maybe he will wait until Miz wins the Intercontinental Title at Night of Champions and then the stunt double will get his deserved title match.

Ziggler suggests that maybe he does what he does best, outclass Miz in every facet and then steal the show to stay their Intercontinental Champion. Will Sandow continue to dress up like Miz? Maybe he could go back to one of his other personas that he tried to take. Maybe Sandow can return to being the ballerina.

Sandow tries to punch Ziggler but he moves and Ziggler with a drop kick to Sandow.

We go to commercial.

Match Number One: Damien Sandow versus Dolph Ziggler

The match is joined in progress and Ziggler with drop kicks. Sandow avoids a splash into the corner and Sandow kicks Ziggler. Sandow with a head butt. Sandow with a snap mare and knee drop for a near fall. Sandow with cross faces and he applies a reverse chin lock. Sandow pulls Ziggler to the mat by the hair and he says that was awesome. Sandow gets a near fall. Ziggler punches Sandow but Sandow with a kick to the midsection and he knees Ziggler in the ribs.

Sandow gets a near fall and he applies a body scissors to continue to work on the midsection. Ziggler gets out of the hold and he connects with double sledges and a punch. Sandow sends Ziggler into the middle rope and he connects with forearms to the back. Sandow with a running hip to the back. Sandow with a suplex and he gets a near fall.

Sandow tries for the figure four leg lock but Ziggler counters with an inside cradle. Sandow with a clothesline to Ziggler for a near fall. Sandow with head butts to Ziggler and he tells Ziggler to stay down. Ziggler with a jawbreaker and he struggles to get back to his feet. Sandow goes shoulder first into the ring post when Ziggler moves.

Ziggler with a flying clothesline followed by a splash in the corner and a neck breaker. Ziggler misses a Fameasser and Sandow gets a near fall with a rollup. Ziggler with a Fameasser for a near fall. Ziggler with a front face lock but Sandow with the Reality Check. Sandow is sent into the turnbuckles when he tries for a figure four leg lock and Ziggler hits the Zig Zag for the three count.

Winner: Dolph Ziggler

We take a look at Stephanie McMahon’s announcement that Nikki is getting a Divas Title Match and the other hijinks from the segment.

It turns out that Brie is sorry for hitting Nikki last night.

While Michael Sam might not be on Raw, Jerry Springer will be involved in a Bella Twin Intervention.

Match Number Two: Rosa Mendes and Natalya versus Summer Rae and Layla El

Summer and Rosa start things off and Summer pushes Rosa and Rosa with a rollup for a near fall. Rosa with an arm drag and drop kick for a near fall. Rosa with a suplex and she kicks Summer through the ropes to the floor. Rosa goes to the floor and she hits Layla with a forearm. Rosa with a punch to Summer and she sends Summer back into the ring.

Layla pulls Rosa off the apron and then Layla tags in and wants the referee to start his count. Layla goes to the floor and she sends Rosa into the ring despite potentially winning by count out. Layla with a reverse chin lock. Layla keeps Rosa from making the tag and she tags in Summer. Summer with a clothesline and she gets a near fall.

Summer with a front face lock and Layla tags in. Layla chokes Rosa in the corner while Natalya wants the tag. Layla with a head scissors from the apron. Summer tags in and Layla with a drop kick for Summer to get a near fall. Summer misses a leg drop and Natalya tags in and she connects with a clothesline and forearms.

Natalya with a suplex followed by a snap mare and a drop kick after running over Summer’s back. Natalya with a discus clothesline and Summer with a slap to escape the Sharpshooter. Layla tags in and she kicks Natalya. Both women go for a cross body and both go down.

Rosa makes the tag in a gingerly manner and Natalya is not happy. Layla with a round kick and she knocks Natalya off the apron to get the three count.

Winners: Summer Rae and Layla El

Michael talks about the HHHighlight Reel from Raw and we see footage.

We see what Goldust and Stardust did to Jey Uso on Raw as well as what they did to El Torito last week on Main Event.

Match Number Three: Goldust and Stardust versus Fernando and Diego

Diego and Stardust start things off and they lock up. Diego with a punch and he sends Stardust into the turnbuckles. Diego with a chop and he sends Stardust into the turnbuckles before Fernando tags in and he chops Stardust. Diego tags in and he connects with a shot from the turnbuckles.

Fernando gets a near fall after a snap mare. Fernando with an arm bar. Stardust backs Fernando into the turnbuckles but Fernando with a chop and punch. Goldust tags in and Fernando with an arm drag. Diego tags in and hits a drop kick for a near fall.

We see the Usos watching from the back on the Official Staring Monitor. Diego sends Goldust shoulder first into the turnbuckles. Goldust goes to the floor and Stardust checks on his brother.

Diego blocks a kick and he chops Goldust. Diego with a boot to the arm and he gets a near fall. Diego with a wrist lock and Goldust gets to the ropes. Diego with an elbow out of the corner and he hits a head scissors of the turnbuckles. Stardust tries to interfere and Fernando tags in and Goldust pulls Stardust out of the ring and then Diego is sent to the floor onto Stardust and Goldust.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Stardust works over Diego but Diego with an arm drag and drop kick. Fernando tags in and he kicks and punches Stardust. Stardust sends Fernando into the turnbuckles and Goldust tags in and he kicks and punches Fernando in the corner. Goldust with a punch.

The Usos are still watching the monitor in the back.

Fernando with a running forearm into the corner followed by an Irish whip. Stardust pulls Goldust out of the corner and Fernando hits the turnbuckles. Stardust tags in and he kicks Fernando. Stardust with a gourdbuster and he gets a near fall. Stardust with an arm bar and then he traps both arms in a double overhook.

Goldust tags in and they rake the back with much fury. Fernando punches Goldust but Goldust with punches and Goldust with a power slam when Fernando tries to make the tag. Stardust tags in and he stomps on the leg. Stardust with a key lock followed by a knee to the arm. Goldust tags in and he connects with a fist drop. Goldust with a quarter nelson and chin lock on Fernando. Fernando with a jaw breaker.

Goldust and Fernando bump heads and then Goldust goes after Fernando but Fernando drops down and Goldust goes to the floor. Stardust rolls Goldust back in and he makes the tag to keep Fernando from making the tag. Diego tags in and he hits a springboard elbow and flying back elbows.

Diego with an Irish whip and clothesline out of the corner. Diego with a double chop from the turnbuckles followed by a rollup for a near fall. Diego stops Stardust and then he sends Stardust into the ropes with a drop toe hold. Diego with a splash to the back from the apron. Diego with a senton off the apron. Stardust sends Diego to the floor and Goldust sends Diego back first into the apron. Stardust hits Dark Matter for the three count.

Winners: Stardust and Goldust

After the match, Goldust sends Fernando and Diego to the floor.
