The Rock has signed on for two additional sequels to "Journey to the Center of the Earth", according to The Hollywood Reporter. Rock joined the franchise in the sequel, replacing Brendan Frasier as the lead. The plan is to film the installments back to back. Thanks to Reshef Shir.

The latest WWE star to get his own WWE Studios movie will be Dean Ambrose, who will star in "Lockdown." In the film, according to a report in Variety, a "police officer finds himself trapped inside his own precinct and hunted after crooked cops stop at nothing to recover incriminating evidence of illegal activities against those closest to him."

The Variety article also noted that The Big Show's film "Vendetta" will receive a small theatrical release before being released via VOD and DVD, similar to Hornswoggle's "Leprechaun: Origins."
