DOES THE 90 DAY NO COMPETE COUNT IF THE TV SHOW AIRS AFTER IT, DID PUNK BURN HIS WWE BRIDGE, DRAKE YOUNGER AND MORE

By Mike Johnson on 2014-08-14 10:00:00
Let's say a wrestler is released from WWE with a competition clause, could that person go to TNA and work during that period so long as their first appearance doesn't air on TV until after the 90 days has passed? Or is it as plain and simple as they cannot work until the 90 days has passed?

They cannot appear in another ring for a promotion with national TV until the 90 days have passed.

Why wouldn't Dean Ambrose make his Summerslam match for the money in the bank briefcase? Wouldn't that be a higher profile better drawing match?

It certainly would be, but that's not the direction WWE wanted to go.

Is there any rumblings of Cesaro being on his way out of WWE? How he is being booked is noteworthy and there seems to be talk of WWE either letting him go soon or his contract only having a short time left

I haven't heard anything that leads me to believe Cesaro is on the way out.

To your knowledge, have WWE left the door open for CM Punk to return? Or has he burnt the bridge conpletely?

I think the bridge was burnt, nuked, buried and then pooped on. I don't think we'll see Punk back anytime soon.

Why did WWE make Drake Younger a ref and not an active wrestler?

They opted not to hire him as a wrestler but the referee position was open and he was open and willing to take the job.
