Welcome to PWInsider.com’s live, ongoing coverage of the 2014 Battleground PPV from Tampa, FL!

Battleground PPV Kickoff

Renee Young, Christian, Alex Riley and Booker T are the PPV panelists. They discussed the card for tonight’s show.

Fandango vs. Adam Rose

Adam Rose had Layla and Summer Rae with the Rosebuds. Fandango attacked him at the bell and nailed him with a belly to back suplex for a two count. Layla and Summer led the Rosebuds around the ring dancing, which distracted Fandango. He left the ring and complained, so they each slapped him.

Rose tossed Fandango back in the ring and nailed a series of rights and a spinebuster. He nailed the Choo Choo and the Party Foul for the pin.

Your winner, Adam Rose!

Not really a match as much as a backdrop for the women to get their revenge.

They aired a good video piece on the Dean Ambrose vs. Seth Rollins match.

Christian was asked about what it’s like when former partners split and face off. He said when he split from Edge, he would have done anything to beat him when they faced off for the first time. He said that there’s a reason The Authority chose Seth Rollins.

They then aired a video feature on Chris Jericho vs. Bray Wyatt.

Tom Phillips interviewed WWE Tag Team champions The Usos. They were a little too happy. They said they were bringing their A-Game and joked about which of them was the better looking of the two.

Cameron vs. Naomi

Cameron had a ring outfit that was designed to make her look like a sexy schoolgirl. She tried to hide from Naomi and then caught her when the referee made Naomi back off. She knocked Naomi off the apron to the floor and then drilled her into the apron.

Cameron locked her in a surfboard variation. Naomi reversed an Irish Whip but missed a dropkick. She had enough and began beating Cameron down and then hit a Thesz Press. She began stomping Cameron, who rolled out of the ring. She attempted to walk out but Naomi caught her in the aisle and knocked her down and whipped her into the guard rail.

The crowd began chanting for Naomi as she and Cameron battled back and forth. Cameron rolled up Naomi and held the tights for the pin.

Your winner, Cameron!

OK. There were some stiff shots tossed and you could believe they didn’t like each other.
