WOULD JAKE ROBERTS AND RAZOR RAMON BE IN THE HALL IF NOT FOR DDP, THE SILLINESS OF WILLOW, WHY WWE HAS SUPERSTARS AND MORE

I know you covered the Willow nonsense recently. Any of us who follow wrestling know “Willow” is a Jeff Hardy creation from long ago. I think it makes it worse we have Tenay and Taz calling him “Willow” and “Jeff Hardy”. What a mess. Anyway, on to a real question! Do you think TNA looked at this as more of a marketing gimmick? Yes, it’s short-sighted, but could they have honestly thought “Hey, this will sell some new t-shirts”?

I have no idea how they or Jeff look at it to be honest. The company has been losing top guys like AJ Styles and Sting. Kurt Angle is hurt. Hardy is one of the few guys that have real name value, and they call him Willow, a guy who beats people with an umbrella. I just don't get TNA.

Is there a reason for the WWE Superstars show? It seems that Main Event has taken over as the C show so it kind of serves no purpose anymore as nobody seems to watch it.

They have TV contracts for it outside of the US. That's the reason!

Do you think Jake the Snake Roberts or Scott Hall get inducted into the 2014 HOF if DDP didnt turn their lives around?

No I don't, at least not while they were alive. WWE would never take that kind of chance.

Do you find that the 'sweetening' of the Smackdown audience of late seems to not match what the crowd is doing? The picture shows 14,000 folks sitting on their hands and the sound is a standing ovation.

I laugh when any promotion does that. If people aren't reacting, it's goofy to hear cheering. But the flip side is, they don't want dead air either.

A couple of weeks ago on the network I watched a 1985 card from the maple leaf gardens. The Bulldogs were fantastic by the way. But I see that show is no longer available. Why do you think this was removed? If the network is like the cloud with unlimited space, why remove just a one hour show? And in this case a good rare one.

They will make adjustments. They never promised everything will be on forever. It is a good selling point too. If they leave everything up, some people may decide to cancel after they saw all they wanted to see. By moving content around, it could keep people subscribing.
