WWE PROMISING THE TITLE TO BATISTA, DOES STEPHANIE SELLING HER WWE STOCK EARLY MAKE HER LOOK BAD AND MORE

By Mike Johnson on 2014-03-28 10:00:00
Stephanie McMahon sold a huge amount of WWE stock at the $10 mark. Subsequently that stock tripled due to the WWE network and upcoming TV deals. The official reason was that she was building a house, but if she waited, she could have built an island. Since she has the "inside scoop" on WWE business deals, do you now think investors and financial analysts question her business sense?

No, because had she waited and then sold, the same analysts would be questioning why she was selling and whether she had inside information. She wanted to raise some capitol and sold the stocks. I don't see anyone holding that against her.

There has been some weird things going on on the WWE facebook page. It occured to me yesterday when they asked "Who should beat the Undertakers Streak at WM?" So i was curious what people said and i have read various silly answers like Sting or Chris Benoit. But then I stumbled over something else. Some people were saying, that the Undertaker will remain undefeated at WM as long as he has a contract with the WWE. And that he will lose, when his contract expires. It was weird, because despite all the other things i have read that were totally unreleated, they have deleted those posts. I checked that post once again and it was gone. So my question is: Is it true, that the Undertaker will remain undefeated at WM as long as his contract goes? What are the chances, that the Undertaker will depart the WWE after WM30 leaving Brock Lesnar to defeat the streak?

If Undertaker is retiring, that doesn't mean he won't be under contract to WWE after he is finished as an in-ring talent. Similar to Shawn Michaels, I believe he'll be part of their company for a long, long time. My gut is that whoever was policing the WWE Facebook page just deleted some of the silliness.

Hey, was wondering because WWE promised Batista the title at WrestleMania, if Brian beats Triple H and enters the match, what if at the end, he has Orton pinned and the ref counts to two, but then Brian gets up, shakes his head and walks out. Basically, he would be saying 'screw this, I'm the rightful champ and the fans know it and this proves it. And dealing with everything I had to deal with wasn't worth it." Obviously I don't know if WWE is backing down on the deal with Batista, but assuming they're in a tough position, how likely is this scenario?

WWE doesn't promise titles. They didn't promise one to Batista. I don't see your scenario going down.

Do you think the WWE is having Randy Orton carry around both Titles because don't want to cannibalize sales of their replica World Heavyweight Title. I could only imagine they sell a ton of those things and if it's off TV it would lead to lower merchandise sales.

It's certainly a possibility. They don't like to give up money, and who can blame them? I can tell you that originally, they were only going to use the WWE belt and then they changed their mind and had Orton keep both belts.

admit I don't know much about the story. It involves Christy Hemme telling someone who she had been dating that it was over. This person doesn't accept it very well and proceeds to stalk her and ending up kidnapping her. How is this suppose to end? I understand it would eventually involve Mr. Anderson. If true, is the Bully Ray/Anderson feud over? In your opinion how has TNA portrayed the subject of stalking? Stars have recently done TV spots on the subject of bullying. Any chance of TNA doing that on women and stalking?

The Anderson vs. Bully story is over. I'm not a big fan of the stalking storyline as it really tears at the fabric of whatever "logic" wrestling has. It's possible TNA could do PSAs but I don't think it's what their goals are for this as much as it's trying to get Samuel Shaw over.
