NEW CHARGE AGAINST BUCK ZUMHOFE AFTER HE ATTEMPTS TO FLEE

When former AWA star Buck Zumhofe was convicted yesterday of six counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and six counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct yesterday in Minnesota, he actually attempted to flee the courtroom in a last second bid for freedom.

Reports are that Zumhofe went to use a restroom and from there, attempted to flee. Zumhofe didn't get far as he was tackled by court officers and immediately charged with "escape from custody."

Zumhofe was convicted after less than four hours of jury deliberations.

Zumhofe, 62, is slated to be sentenced today.
