Welcome to the live coverage of SHINE 15 from the Orpheum in Ybor City, Florida. Tonight’s show is available live on iPPV at WWNLive.com.

Rain makes her way to the ring.

She says that she wants to be nice right now. She thanks everyone for being there and supporting her for the last 13 years. She thanks SHINE for allowing her to do what she does best, fight in the ring. She thanks them for giving her the opportunities in the ring.

She thanks Valkyrie for supporting her through everything. She says that she might not have the title if not for them.

Match Number One: Su Yung versus Solo Darling

Solo starts off with a hug and Su does not reciprocate. Solo with another hug and Su pushes her off. Solo with an arm drag. Su with a boot to Solo. Solo with a rollup for a near fall. Solo with another near fall. Su misses a charge into the corner and Solo with a clothesline. Solo goes for a running bulldog but Su pushes her away.

Su with another boot to the chest for a near fall. Solo counters a suplex with an inside cradle and she gets a near fall. Su with a clothesline followed by an Irish whip and a back breaker. Su stretches Solo over her knee and then pushes her to the mat. Su with a camel clutch to Solo.

Su with a Jericho cover for a near fall. Su with an Irish whip and then she puts Solo in the tree of woe. Su with a kick to the chest and then she picks up Solo and kicks her in the back. Su with a running drop kick and Solo falls to the mat. Su gets a near fall.

Su with an Irish whip but she misses a charge into the corner when Solo moves. Solo climbs the turnbuckles and she punches Su but Su picks up Solo and Solo counters a power bomb with a rana. Solo gets a near fall. Su with a Boston Crab but Solo does not give up. Su gets Solo on her shoulders and hits a Cradle Shock. Su rolls Solo over for a cross arm breaker and Solo taps out.

Winner: Su Yung

Match Number Two: Sojo Bolt versus La Rosa Negra

Rosa and Sojo try to show each other who the true dance master is in Shine. Sojo pulls Rosa down by the hair and tells her who is in charge. Rosa with a waist lock take down. Rosa kicks Sojo. Sojo with an arm drag but Rosa with an arm drag of her own. Sojo with a kick but Rosa with a cross body for a near fall.

Sojo with a kick and Irish whip. Rosa gets her feet up but Sojo puts her feet in the ropes and she hits a neck breaker for a near fall. Sojo sends Rosa into the turnbuckles. Sojo kicks Rosa in the corner and the referee warns Sojo. Sojo pulls Rosa out of the corner and she gets a near fall. Rosa with punches and forearms. Sojo with a neck breaker for a near fall. Sojo gets another near fall.

Sojo with a chop in the corner. Rosa with double sledges to the midsection followed by a drop kick and she gets a near fall. Sojo with a thumb to the eyes and Sojo with a slam followed by an elbow drop for a near fall. Sojo with a rear chin lock. Rosa pushes Sojo and connects with a few elbows. Rosa with a back elbow off the turnbuckles. Rosa with a Northern Lights Suplex for a near fall.

Rosa with a fireman’s carry slam for a near fall. Rosa with a power slam and then she goes up top but misses a frog splash when Sojo moves. Sojo gets Rosa on her shoulders for a slingshot Electric Chair Drop and the three count.

Winner: Sojo Bolt

Match Number Three: Mercedes Martinez versus Heidi Lovelace

Heidi offers her hand to Mercedes and Mercedes shakes it and brings her close and then sends Heidi to the mat. Heidi offers her hand again and Mercedes slaps it away but Heidi with an enzuigiri and a series of kicks for a near fall. Heidi runs Mercedes into the corner and Heidi connects with a series of punches but Mercedes pushes her away.

Heidi with a shoulder in the corner and then she punches Mercedes again until Mercedes pushes her away. Heidi with a forearm in the corner and Mercedes pushes her away again. Mercedes with a double leg take down for a near fall.

Mercedes with punches and the referee warns her. Mercedes chokes Heidi in the ropes and the referee warns her again. Heidi with forearms but Mercedes with a forearm of her own. Mercedes with forearms to get things set up for the chops. Mercedes with a thumb to the eye and then she kicks Heidi and gets a near fall.

Mercedes with a brainbuster for a near fall. Mercedes with a punch followed by an Irish whip but Heidi with an arm drag out of the corner followed by a cannonball into the corner. Heidi goes up top but she takes too long and Mercedes with a punch. Mercedes with a hanging swinging neck breaker but Heidi kicks out at two.

Mercedes with two rolling suplexes followed by a Saito suplex for a near fall. Mercedes gets another near fall. Mercedes with a Dragon Sleeper but Heidi gets to her feet but Mercedes with a slam out of the Dragon Sleeper for a near fall. Heidi with a sleeper to Mercedes. Mercedes backs Heidi into the turnbuckles to get out of the hold.

Heidi with kicks followed by a handspring enzuigiri but Mercedes gets her hand on the ropes to stop the count. Heidi pulls Mercedes towards the corner and she goes up top but misses a frog splash. Mercedes with a kick and a running super kick. Mercedes with a fisherman’s buster for the three count.

Winner: Mercedes Martinez

Match Number Four: Angelina Love versus Taylor Made (with Allysin Kay)

They lock up and Angelina with a rollup for a near fall. Angelina with a side head lock and shoulder tackle. Angelina with an arm bar into a hammer lock. Angelina with a double leg take down into a waist lock. Taylor with a reversal into a side head lock. Angelina tries to escape and she gets a top wrist lock on Taylor and turns it into a side head lock.

Angelina with a kick and shoulder tackles. Angelina with a standing power slam. Angelina sends Taylor into the turnbuckles. She goes to a second turnbuckle with Taylor. Angelina does not want to leave the other two out of the action so she sends Taylor into the third and she uses the fourth to drive Taylor into the mat for a near fall.

Taylor goes to the floor and discusses strategy with Allysin. The referee starts his count. Allysin gets on the apron and her attempt to distract Angelina backfires when Taylor’s sneak attack is countered with a drop toe hold and then Angelina sends Taylor into the turnbuckles. Taylor distracts the referee and Allysin trips Angelina. Taylor rubs Angelina’s face in the mat.

Taylor kicks Angelina. Taylor with a cravate and knees to the head. Taylor sends Angelina into the turnbuckles. Taylor with a double knee splash to Angelina’s back for a near fall. Taylor gets another near fall. Taylor returns to the cravate. Taylor with knees but Angelina grabs the leg and she sends Taylor to the mat. Angelina with a boot to Taylor followed by an elbow.

Angelina with a sunset flip from the turnbuckles for a near fall. Taylor gets a near fall. Taylor chokes Angelina and the referee warns her. Taylor with a step over toe hold and she connects with a series of forearms to Angelina. The referee stops Taylor from using a closed fist. Taylor with a sleeper. The referee checks on the arm and it goes down twice. On the third drop, Angelina keeps her arm from hitting the mat. Angelina gets back to her feet and she connects with elbows and then gets out of the hold with a jawbreaker.

Angelina with a side slam and both women are down. Taylor misses a clothesline but Angelina connects with forearms. Angelina with a flying clothesline and a back elbow. Taylor blocks a kick but Angelina with an enzuigiri and both women are down again. Taylor with an Irish whip but Angelina with an elbow and a cross body from the turnbuckles for a near fall. Angelina with another near fall. Angelina with a leaping flapjack but Taylor’s foot gets on the ropes. Angelina with a bicycle kick that knocks Allysin off the apron.

Taylor with an O’Connor roll for a near fall. Angelina with a super kick for the three count.

Winner: Angelina Love

Match Number Five: Friday The 13th Massacre Match - Anything Goes: Leva versus Nevaeh

Weapons and other items are placed around the ring.

Nevaeh with a clothesline and a near fall. Nevaeh with kicks to the back and she sends Leva into the turnbuckles. Nevaeh with a chop. Nevaeh with a forearm and snap mare that knocks the hockey mask off Leva. Nevaeh with a neck snap. Leva with a drop kick that sends Nevaeh into the corner and Leva follows with a hesitation kick in the corner.

Leva hits Nevaeh with a badminton racket. Nevaeh with punches and she gets the racket and hits Leva with it. Nevaeh chokes Leva with the racket. Leva with a facebuster and then Leva grabs a giant spider and Leva with a drop toe hold onto the spider. Leva chokes Nevaeh with a chain but Nevaeh with a snap mare and she chokes Leva.

Nevaeh slams Leva’s head into the mat and then she sends Leva to the floor. Leva punches Nevaeh and sends her into a pole. They fight onto a couch and then Nevaeh with a Death Valley Driver onto a table. Nevaeh rolls Leva back into the ring. Nevaeh gets a sword but Leva has one of her own and we have a sword fight. Nevaeh kicks Leva and has her against the turnbuckles.

Leva gets a sleeping bag but before she can use it, she sends Nevaeh into the turnbuckles. Leva puts the sleeping bag over Nevaeh’s head. Leva blocks a kick and then she drops Nevaeh on the mat. Leva hits Nevaeh with a sign. Leva goes to the turnbuckles for a double stomp to the back.

Leva hits Nevaeh with a bucket of popcorn and she tries to spit something in Nevaeh’s face but she hits the referee instead. Nevaeh with an Alabama Slam followed by an Irish whip and wheelbarrow suplex. Nevaeh tries to get the referee to recover. Nevaeh gets a near fall. Nevaeh with a chop and she puts Leva on the turnbuckles and connects with a forearm. Leva with a head butt and then she brings Nevaeh to the turnbuckles but Nevaeh counters a potential super Pedigree with a back body drop.

Leva grabs the ropes to break up the referee’s count. Nevaeh tries for a backpack stunner but Leva puts a Michael Myers mask on and Leva with two superkicks for the three count.

Winner: Leva

After the match, Sassy Stephie and Jessie Belle Smothers come out and that distraction allows Nevaeh to attack Leva from behind.

Santana and Amber O’Neal come out to make the save. Leva spears Nevaeh while the participants in the tag match are separated by the referee.

Match Number Six: Losing Team Must Break Up: The American Sweethearts (Santana and Amber O'Neal) versus The S-N-S Express (Sassy Stephie and Jessie Belle Smothers)

Jessie pulls Santana’s hair but Amber comes in and pulls Jessie’s hair. Stephie pulls Amber’s hair and the referee has to separate them. Amber tags in and they hit a double snap mare and double kick to Jessie. Amber with a full nelson into Cattle Mutilation. Amber with a front face lock and forearm to the back. Stephie tags in and Amber with a shoulder tackle. Amber with a side Russian leg sweep for a near fall.

Amber with an Irish whip and clothesline into the corner. Amber with a stinkface. Jessie clotheslines Amber from the apron. Jessie tags in and chokes Amber in the ropes. Jessie gets a near fall. Jessie with an Irish whip and shoulder in the corner. Stephie tags in and they hit splashes on Amber. Stephie kicks Amber.

Stephie with an Irish whip but Amber with a choke in the ropes Amber sends Jessie into the apron when she tries to interfere. Stephie kicks Amber when she gets back into the ring. Stephie drives Amber’s head into the mat and gets a near fall. Stephie with a hair toss. Amber with a jawbreaker and Jessie tries to interfere but Amber moves. Amber with an O’Connor Roll for a near fall. Amber knocks Jessie off the apron but Stephie with a flying clothesline.

Stephie with a Muta Lock and Santana breaks it up. Jessie kicks Amber while the referee sends Santana to the mat. Jessie comes in and hits a suplex. Jessie tries for a suplex but Amber blocks it and gets a series of near falls. Jessie with an Irish whip and Amber with a head scissors. Jessie keeps Amber from making the tag and Stephie tags in.

Stephie with elbow drops to the back and she gets a near fall. Amber avoids Kiss My Sass and Amber with a uranage and both women are down. Santana tags in and clotheslines Jessie and takes care of Stephie on the apron. Santana with a drop kick and a handspring back elbow. Santana kicks Jessie and Amber with a kick and X Factor.

Santana with a handspring moonsault but Stephie hits Kiss My Sass while the referee deals with Amber and Jessie gets the three count.

Winners: Sassy Stephie and Jessie Belle Smothers

Match Number Seven: Mia Yim versus Ivelisse (with Taylor Made)

Mia has something to say about Taylor being at ringside with Ivelisse after what happened last time so Ivelisse tells Taylor to go to the back.

Ivelisse with a double leg take down and the referee pulls Mia off since the match has not started.

The bell rings and Mia with a double leg take down and she punches Ivelisse. The referee warns Mia. Ivelisse with a drop toe hold and kicks. Ivelisse with a near fall. Mia with an arm drag. Ivelisse with a take down out of a crucifix. Mia avoids Ivelisse and Mia uses the ropes for an arm drag. Ivelise with a head butt to the midsection followed by punches.

Ivelisse uses the ropes for an arm drag of her own. Mia with kicks to Ivelisse. Mia with a head scissors that sends Ivelisse into the corner. Mia with forearms in the corner. Ivelisse with a back heel kick and a head scissors take down of her own as the battle of one upmanship continues.

Mia with an Irish whip but she misses a charge into the corner when Ivelisse moves. Ivelisse with a kick when Mia tries for a shoulder to Ivelisse on the apron. Ivelisse with another kick to the head and she gets a near fall.

Ivelisse with a butterfly suplex for a near fall. Ivelisse with kicks to the back. Mia grabs Ivelisse’s foot on a third kick and Mia with an ankle lock. Mia pulls Ivelisse into the center of the ring. Ivelisse sends Mia into the turnbuckles and Ivelisse with an enzuigiri.

Ivelisse gets a near fall but Mia bridges out of a cover. Ivelisse with a Dragon Sleeper. Ivelisse with forearms to Mia while Mia tries to get out of the hold. Mia with knees to the head and a body scissors roll up. Mia with a heel hook. Ivelisse reverses into a Cloverleaf but Mia makes it to the ropes.

Ivelisse kicks Mia in the ropes and the referee warns her. Mia kicks Ivelisse but Ivelisse grabs Mia’s leg and rolls her over and then Ivelisse chops Mia. Mia chops back. They go back and forth with chops. Ivelisse misses a round kick but hits a back heel kick. Both connect with round kicks and both women go down. They both get up and Mia with a series of kicks to Ivelisse including two back heel kicks for a near fall. Mia misses a quebrada when Ivelisse moves. Mia tries for a German suplex but Ivelisse goes to the apron and Mia follows. Mia blocks a kick and she goes for a power bomb off the apron to the floor but Mia is sent to the floor. Mia catches Ivelisse off the apron and Mia tries for a German suplex on the floor.

Ivelisse sends Mia into the apron and then into the chairs at ringside. Ivelisse goes to the apron and she hits a rana off the apron. Ivelisse returns to the ring and the referee starts his count. Ivelisse with a baseball slide but Mia catches her and hits a wheelbarrow suplex into the apron.

The referee starts his count and both return to the ring. Mia covers Ivelisse and gets a near fall. Mia pulls Ivelisse into the corner and she goes up top. Ivelisse with a punch and press slam. Ivelisse decides to go up top but Mia stops Ivelisse with forearms. They fight on top and exchange forearms. Ivelisse sends Mia’s head into the turnbuckles. Ivelisse with a flip power bomb for the three count.

Winner: Ivelisse

Match Number Eight: Jessicka Havok versus Allysin Kay (with Taylor Made)

Havok with kicks to Kay as soon as the bell rings. Havok with more kicks and the referee warns Jessicka. Jessicka with a Samoan Drop for a near fall. Havok goes for another Samoan drop but Kay gets to her feet and she hits a discus clothesline for a near fall. After the initial flurry they back up to the ropes. Kay and Havok exchange forearms.

They move on from forearms to chops and then Kay with a slap. Jessicka slaps back. Kay and Havok with boots to the chest and both women go down. Kay goes to the apron and Havok follows. Havok with a forearm and Kay fires back. Havok tries for a kick but Kay blocks it. Havok blocks a kick from Kay and then both land on the apron and then fall to the floor.

Havok with forearms to Kay against the apron. Havok power bombs Kay into the pole and then to the floor. Kay with a forearm to Havok and then she sends Havok into the pole. Kay sends Havok into chairs. Kay with a boot to Havok followed by punches. Havok with punches and forearms. Havok with a kick to the midsection. Havok takes a drink from a fan to rehydrate.

Kay tries to get back into the ring and Havok pulls her to the floor. Kay sends Havok into the ring steps. Kay chops Havok as they go around the floor. Havok slaps Kay and then she chops Kay against the apron. Havok with a forearm and Kay with a kick. Kay with a knee to Havok.

Kay with a slap to Havok. Kay chokes Havok and slaps her again. Kay continues to choke Havok and she sends Jessicka into a chair. Havok is sent back into the ring and Kay gets a chair. The referee takes the chair from Kay. Kay with forearms to Havok and follows with punches. Kay pushes the referee to the mat. Havok with forearms and she pushes the referee to the mat.

Kay and Havok with forearms and the referee tries to break it up and they both kick the referee. Havok and Kay continue to brawl while the referee calls for the bell.

Double Disqualification

After the match, Havok is about to hit Kay with the chair but Havok stops. Taylor clips Havok and both of them work over Havok. The referee is sent to the floor. Kay puts a chair on Havok’s ankle and she stomps on the chair.

Kay takes Havok’s gas mask and stands over Jessicka. Havok pulls herself up and Kay slaps Havok. Kay leaves the ring.

Match Number Nine: SHINE Championship Match Rain (with Ivelisse, Allysin Kay, and Taylor Made) versus Amazing Kong

Before the match starts, Lexie Fyfe comes out and she takes the mic. She says that while this is Rain’s retirement match, it is a Shine Championship match. It will be one-on-one. Unless you have a manager’s license, you are banned from ringside. If Valkyrie interfere, there will be more suspensions.

Rain with a forearm to the back. Kong sends Rain to the floor. Rain gets back into the ring and Kong with a biel and then she chokes Rain in the corner. Kong with a head butt and another biel across the ring. Kong chokes Rain in the corner. Kong sends Rain into the turnbuckles and then she chops Rain. Kong chokes Rain but Rain boxes the ears. Rain with a drop toe hold and kick.

Rain with a DDT and she gets a near fall. Rain with knees to the back followed by kicks. Rain puts Kong’s arms in the ropes and she hits a drop kick. Rain with a second drop kick to Kong. Rain with a knee to the head and she gets a near fall. Kong with a chop to Rain.

Kong with more chops to Rain followed by a back elbow. Rain with a jawbreaker and a shot to the midsection followed by a knee. Rain with a running cravate bulldog. Rain with a sleeper but Kong gets to the ropes. Kong with a forearm and slam.

Kong with a kick to the back. Kong with another kick to Rain in the ropes. Kong sends Rain to the floor. Rain drops Kong on the ropes from the apron and Rain gets a near fall. Rain with a drop kick for a near fall. Kong with a head scissors into a cross arm breaker. Rain rolls over to try to get Kong’s shoulders on the mat but Kong maintains control. Rain gets to the ropes.

Kong continues to work on the arm. Kong with chops. Rain with a boot to the head followed by a Codebreaker. Kong with a body block. Kong with a slam and splash for a near fall. Rain gets her feet up and gets a near fall in the corner. Kong with a power bomb but Rain kicks out at two. Kong sets for the Implant Buster but Rain blocks it.

Valkyrie make their way out from the back and Rain gets a near fall due to the distraction. Kong with a back fist and then Kong goes to the back to chase Valkyrie. The referee starts his count. The referee gets to ten and calls for the bell.

Winner: Rain (by count out)

After the match, Valkyrie make their way to the ring to celebrate another successful title defense for Rain.

Rain takes the mic and she says that to retire as champ or not to retire as champ. She asks why would she give up her title and retire. This baby stays right on her. Why would she give up her title. She thanks everyone for all of the retirement gifts. She says that she should retire every year.

Lexie Fyfe comes into the ring and she has something to say to Rain. She congratulates Rain for squeaking out another victory. So Rain is not retiring.

If Rain is not retiring, then she will have to defend the title. She has a new number one contender for Shine 16 on January 24th.

Her opponent will be Ivelisse. She wishes both women luck and Happy Holidays.
