The channel, which launched in October 2012, is the only streaming service running anime programming 24/7, except for Sundays where it airs anime movies and martial arts marathons. CHIKARA events will join the Sunday programming block and will also be available for two weeks following its airing on the channel's "Catch Up" on demand offerings. The CHIKARA events will be edited down to two hours, but will feature all complete matches from the original events.
Neon Alley had run commercials for both CHIKARA and Dragon Gate USA DVDs in the past and found that their audience seemed to have a nice crossover with fans of pro wrestling.
