WWNLIVE ROKU UPDATE, CHIKARA STAR TO MAKE EVOLVE DEBUT AND MORE NEWS

We've had some readers ask about the WWNLive.com Roku Channel, since it hasn't launched yet. In speaking to Sal Hamouai, I was told it's all in Roku's hands and they have to set it in their infrastructure and launch the thing. The hope is that it will be working and running within the next month. Obviously, WWN would love it to be up and running by the next set of EVOLVE shows, but that's not confirmed.

Mr. Touchdown Mark Angelosetti, who has looked excellent in CHIKARA, will debut for EVOLVE at their 9/21 and 9/22 events in Queens and Brooklyn as part of the Styles Battle tournament. The complete list of wrestlers competing that weekend in the tourney are Maxwell Chicago, Andrew Everett, Drew Gulak, Lince Dorado, Shane Strickland, Josh Alexander, Biff Busick and Touchdown. I really expect Gulak will surprise a lot of people and Touchdown has a hell of a character and his work is far beyond his experience level. There will be two four way elimination matches on 9/21 in Ridgewood, NY. The winners will face off on 9/22 while the eliminated competitors will meet each other in a Fray in Brooklyn, NY.

The company is slowly digging themselves out of their DVDs, which they are far beyond behind in. Gabe Sapolsky announced that DGUSA Enter The Dragon 2012 is up for pre-order at www.DGUSA.tv and that he is proofing the REVOLT! & Uprising DVDs so they can be duplicated as well.
