WWE CONNECTION DOESN'T HELP ROCK'S NEW FILM

The action-drama "Snitch" starring Dwayne Johnson opened second at the box office during what was considered a weak showing in the movie industry.

Despite Johnson's current run with WWE and different tie-ins for the film via commercials and online marketing, the film only garnered $13.2 Million, according to DeadlineHollywood.com.

The film is the first of several Johnson stars in that will open over the next several months. Next up is G.I. Joe: Retribution, a sequel which sees Johnson step into the role of Roadblock.
