LES THATCHER NAMED FIRST INDUCTEE INTO MID-ATLANTIC WRESTLING LEGENDS' FANFEST 2013 HALL OF HEROES CLASS

Our own Les Thatcher, who has worked in every aspect of the pro wrestling industry, from wrestler to promoter to booker to announcer to writer to publisher to agent to producer to trainer to author and beyond, has been named the first inductee of the Mid-Atlantic Wrestling Legends Hall of Heroes class of 2013.

The induction ceremony will take place the weekend of 8/1-8/3 in Charlotte, NC. The Hall of Heroes was instituted several years back by the Fanfest and promoter Greg Price.

Thatcher was originally planned to be inducted last year before health issues forced Price to postpone the event, formerly known as the NWA Legends Fanfest, until 2013.
